Wanted to upgrade my kitchen and purchase modern, more efficient gas range. This one is great and I have enjoyed using it over the last month. I like the pairing with the microwave's vent and light that activate when you turn on a burner and you can get notifications on your phone when reheating or cooking times are complete. I haven't used the center griddle and probably won't for grilling as it will most likely result in a lot of splatter and clean-up, but if I ever get the urge for pancakes...maybe. Oven temps seem to be true and it bakes well. I like having convection & air fry options. Goes well with my other LG appliance purchases to complete my kitchen. Touch pad controls are not backlit and can be difficult to read at night, but that's not a dealbreaker. Total Tech membership is worth it, especially when making multiple, big ticket purchases that require installation.

This range has been a great upgrade from our previous one. It arrived just before Christmas, the installation was super quick and very professional. There was plenty of room for all our holiday dishes, and clean up is so easy. Food wipes off from rangetop easily. We absolutely love our new oven- from how efficient it is, the air fryer, and the happy chime when the timer goes off.

Our GE stove died after 20 years. I read lots of reviews including consumer reports and talk to friends who have Samsung and LG products before purchasing this stove. We decided to go with the LGLSGL5833F. It was one of the only gas stoves available and it was a new model. The BestBuy delivery team did a great job delivering and installing our stove. We live in a County that requires a gas appliance permit for replacing the stove. BestBuy’s website does not include any information about the gas appliance installation process or obtaining a gas appliance permit (that is sometimes required). We were really happy to have a stove after being without one for two weeks. Then we used the stove and one of the black disc that sit on top of each burner has spots that appeared on it (see photos). I followed the LG owners guide cleaning instructions but that did not help. There is a metal disc around the black disc that has spots on it also. It looks to me as though there are imperfections in the material. I am not too concerned because both of these items can be easily removed and replaced. I just want LG to replace them at no cost since this is a brand new $1700 stove. I reached out to LG support and asked them to replace the parts. I received an email from LG asking me to send them photos The only problem is that the email account that was used to request the photos was a "noreply" email account. I tried emailing the account. It's been three weeks and I have not heard from LG so I have to call them regarding my submission. The stove has 5 different burners and they cook well. One burner is a higher intensity burner and that is the one with the spots. The black surface of the stove top is not very easy to clean. I followed the owner's guide instructions to clean the surface but it has streaks. I've tried paper towels and a shammy to clean it, and there are still streaks. The oven works well. When the oven reaches the selected temperature, it beeps and the interior lights flash. I tried the air fryer but my wings did not look like they were fried. The wings looked as though they were cooked but not browned or crisp. I tried one and I pitched them in the trash. There were different oven cleaning methods on the stoves that we looked at (steam or heating). I read reviews about owners who had the steam cleaning and decided to go with the heating oven cleaning method. We had that on our GE stove and it worked great. Overall, I am satisfied with the stove. I give this stove 4 stars because of the issue with the burner spots, the response (or lack of response) from LG and the air frying failure for my wings ($12 worth of wings pitched in the garbage). Since there are electronics in this stove, I am probably going to purchase an extended warranty in case there are other issues with the stove. There is no way I want to go through the hassle of purchasing another gas stove and having it installed.
