Love it. This thing freezes everything quickly. Have it set just under the half way mark. It runs very quiet as well. Sure the shelves are not removable however the spacing between each shelf is plenty enough to put most things in between. Anything too large can just goes in the main freezer anyways. Very sleek looking unit that goes well with other stainless steel appliances. On a little side note both the sides and front are magnet friendly. :)

Nice little freezer for garage. Received this as an added bonus for free when we purchased our new LG refrigerator. Works good when we have just a few extra frozen foods that won't fit in the house fridge/freezer. It's compact and looks nice. Only downside is that the shelves inside are not adjustable so that's why the 4 star rating.

I like the freezer it’s perfect size for me sits perfectly in the area that I want it in however I have a small dent on the back of it I’m not sure if it was probably shifted in the truck.

I ordered it a while back but did not get delivered until recently because it was on backorder. I like how it looks and matches my other LG appliances in the kitchen. I asked the delivery people to leave it unboxed at the front door and was able to move by myself. Not too heavy and easy to move. I was amazed by how quickly it picked up ice and reached the freezing degree. Looks great and is very convenient. My only drawback of this freezer is the size of the shelves that can hold small and flat staff but not big or high such as ice cream containers. Other than that, it is really nice and does the job. We like it so far.

I bake a lot and needed a freezer with easy access to my ingredients. It's the perfect size for all of the stuff I buy on sale to use later, It has door shelves and a drawer, and I love that feature the most! It's the perfect size for my small apartment.

Majority of the appliances in our home is LG. And this freezer just adds to the mystique of great LG products. Couldn’t have ask for a better product. Amazing.

This freezer works well and silent. We like its size. However, when it's delivered, it had dents on back and door. I reported, but Best Buy never responded. It should be shipped with more cushions.

Although small it is a perfect size for my wife and I. We don’t have to worry about food sitting in the freezer for a year because all of the food is visible. However, don’t plan to store a lot of meat. The shelves are too close together and not adjustable. But it fits perfectly in the garage, is energy efficient and frost free. Plus, I have never had a problem with LG appliances.

This freezer was the perfect size for our needs. Because all the shelves contain refrigerant, they are very cold and really keep our precious meat and fish fresh. The doors are great for icy treats and grab-and-go items, too. The fixed shelves mean we can't store turkeys or giant roasts, but that is not a concern for us. Love that the size doesn't overwhelm the utility room, and the reflective stainless makes it disappear.

It very stylish and slender and it works just fine. My only issue is it states not to put ice cream (and something else but I cannot recall right off) on the top shelf or the door shelves because those shelves are reserved for "soft freeze". Hummm Another issue, which I take responsibility for is the shelves are shallow. So that slender style you pay for in lost shelf space.

Perfect size as an extra freezer for a small family, the major selling point was storage on the door. Performs flawlessly…love it!!!!

The product itself is fine. What bothers me is the delivery team. They just dumped the freezer in the room and plugged in. Didnt wait to see if its working. Second, the freezer was tilted and i asked them to straightened it up and they said its supposed to be tilted, not true! The too shelf was bended from what i can assume is them grabbing on to it. I would rate the product 4 but the delivery 0!! And last thing, they were in a rush to leave so not careful at all, scratched our newly painted wall!

Great love it It def holds temp but is not 100% frost free I am not even sure what that means but to food stays nice but there is frost in the freezer and I don’t really think there is a way to avoid it

It's quiet , extremely, thought it was defective because I did hear or feel it kick on so I was surprised how quiet it was , love the upright freezer design and spacing of the shelves makes it easy to keep things organized and easy to get to , outside looks great matched my fridge the top has texture that keeps things in place
