Q: I recently bought the LG 50UM7300PUA. The picture, looking head on, is great, but if you sit little to the left or right the quality dims and fades. Another annoyance is any light source behind the TV (lights, windows, etc.) reflect off the screen.

A: We appreciate your feedback regarding reflections on your 50UM7300PUA as well as picture quality. Many times picture quality troubles can be resolved with a few tweaks to the settings. We have a help library article that recommends the settings for getting the best picture settings: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000018-20150577528034-menu-settings If you're in need of some guidance with using your TV, please head to our support page at @LGUSSupport on Twitter or you can give us a call at 800-243-0000 so a specialist can help out. ^CP

Q: Will this tv support airplay 2 and HomeKit?

A: LG announced at CES 2019 that all of the 2019 LG OLED Lineup, the LG NanoCell SM9X series (2019), LG NanoCell SM8X series (2019), and the LG UHD UM7X series (2019) will add support via a firmware upgrade that is expected "mid-year" that will provide Apple AirPlay 2 and Apple HomeKit support. The LG 50 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ®, Model # 50UM7300PUA is one of the screen sizes in the UM7X series..^CP

Q: Just bought the LG 50" TV - 50UM73 at Best Buy. I already have a wall mount, but need the correct size mounting bolts that enter into the 4 screw holes in the back of TV. Can you tell me the length & diameter in inches or millimeters of those 4 bolts?

A: The 50UM7300 uses screw size M6 when mounting. The length of the bolt will depend on the mount used due to varying thickness of the mount. Please reach out to the manufacturer of your mount regarding this. ^CP

Q: I read that this 50-inch version VA rather than IPS, is this true? Is there a significant difference between LG's Super UHD and UHD? Thanks!

A: I was comparing this to the LG SK8000 50-inch. I think VA is better for me considering I view often in the dark and never at an angle. But the SK does have SUHD. Not sure which is more beneficial for me.

Q: What's the processing speed?

A: Well, I haven't measured it myself ;-) but LG publishes that it has a 4-core processor running at 1.2GHz The true screen refresh rate is 60Hz although they claim to provide 120 via their TruMotion system Hope that helps!
