I purchased this TV for my bedroom and it fits my stand that matches my bedroom furniture very well. The picture was fuzzy at first but then it become excellent. The sound is also excellent and has plenty of volume. But ive had some frustration with this TV. The fast talking Voice Guidance was driving me crazy. I finally found an LG post online that told me to press and hold the mute button on the remote. Sinc we I couldnt turn VG off, I tried it and found the speed control. There is Very Fast, Fast, Medium, Slow and Very Slow. I chose slow. I had to download ThinQ app to my Lenovo tablet which uses 2.4G WiFi as my 5G phone couldnt match the code numbers with the TV. Once set up I could use voice control but the TV says it hasnt been done. The TV worked well on a flat indoor antenna bringing in over 60 channels so it says. But either I goofed up or the set did and the set went totally internet and seemed to set LG Channels or Pluto TV as a default. So when I select Live TV, instead I get LG Channels and mostly Pluto TV. So right now I cannot tune in to my local on air broadcast channels, only internet channels. Ive also had problems downloading some apps to the TV including Hatch News. The TV requires a sign in to my LG account but theres been some problems with it accepting my password although I've reset it several times. Its almost as if the TV is turning off certain things like my local channels for example. Or it could be that I've turned on something undesirable in the settings menu. Sometimed when I hit settings on the Magic remote, it will show a different settings menu but not always. The TV says use the mic on Magic remote but I dont find one there but rather on the ThinQ app. I havr downloaded and printed out a 28 page manual which I hope will help me. I hope something helps me! I was really enjoying my new TV but now not as much as I was. There needs to be a better way to switch between broadcast and internet TV and the TV needs not to have such a mind of its own. Let me have control. Youtube dies work well on this TV and has clear picture and sound.

This is my first LG TV purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and it fits perfectly in my home office setup. I went with the 50-inch model, and it’s been more than enough for my needs—offering excellent picture clarity, a quick and simple setup, and surprisingly good sound. I’ve typically leaned toward Samsung or LG in the past, so choosing LG again felt like a safe bet—and it definitely didn’t disappoint. This TV delivers everything I was looking for, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It also pairs great with the LG soundbar, which was incredibly easy to connect and really completes the overall experience.

Online ordering was easy and efficient. Paid extra for the tv setup and adjustments, was well worth it since it was lifted and mounted. The Geek Squad even programmed my cable providers new remote too along with the new tv remote. Excellent service!

First Bestbuy.com farmed out my purchase to an outside company. When the tv arrived damaged Best Buy told me to contact the outside company. I bought from an outside business thru BESTBUY.COM thinking I was doing business with Best Buy. The tv arrived via fed ex completely destroyed. Luckily the outside company gave me a refund. DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY . COM. YOU DON'T REALLY KNOW WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH. Go to the store. Never got to test the TV. I would recommend the product I would not recommend this company best buy.com

LG 55” TV Warranty Issue only after 3 months. LG Customer service is terrible. It took them 2 months to resolve the issue. If you’re going to buy an LG TV insist on the Best Buy membership warranty coverage. Terrible Terrible customer service based in the Philippines.

Picture quality is solid for an entry-level 4K TV. Colors look natural, and the 4K upscaling does a nice job making regular HD content look sharper. It’s not a premium OLED or QLED, but for streaming, cable, and casual watching, it absolutely gets the job done. The wide viewing angles are a plus if you have multiple people watching from different spots. The built-in webOS platform is smooth and easy to navigate. All the major apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube load quickly, and I like how everything is organized in one place. The included LG Channels are a nice bonus too. Sound quality is decent out of the box, though like most TVs, it benefits from adding a soundbar if you want a more immersive experience.

Excellent TV for my purposes. I was downsizing my living situation and my old 70" TV was too large and hard to manage on my own. This one is a perfect size, was lightweight and easy to set up, and gives a great picture. Sound was improved by adding a sound bar and system.
