The buttons are hard to see at night. We have to hold the remote directly under one of our two lamps, as so we don't hit the wrong button. It's been just over a week, and navigating the TV itself is a pain. The layout is busy and abilities are useless. It recognizes our Roku stick but that is as far as it goes. Finding an app that you want is extremely limited too. On a positive note, the picture and sound is good.

Hi, Frank. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We're happy to hear you're enjoying the picture and sound quality of your LG TV (50UT7570PUB) model! However, we understand your concerns about the button visibility and navigation experience, and we're here to help make things better for you. We aim to provide high-quality products and ensure a smooth viewing experience.
For the button visibility issue, have you thought about adjusting the settings for the TV’s picture mode or checking out any "Accessibility" features? That might help with on-screen navigation at night. You could also try tweaking the contrast or brightness settings, which might improve visibility in low-light situations.
Regarding the Roku stick, if you're having a bit of trouble accessing more apps, it might be a good idea to check if your TV’s software is up to date. Software updates can often fix app issues and enhance the overall interface. If you need guidance on that, feel free to visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-update-an-lg-smart-tv--1430510575535.

The 50-inch LG UHD TV offers impressive picture quality with vibrant colors and sharp detail, making movies look stunning and immersive. However, the overall performance feels slow, especially when navigating menus or switching between apps, which can be frustrating at times. While the visual experience is excellent, the lag in response time affects usability.

It was excited to receive the package. However, after opening the box and setting up the TV, it was disappointing to see that it couldn't be used with internal crack on the screen. There's no physical crack on the screen nor the box as we checked over and over again. We had to request a return immediately on the same day.

Do not buy this tv. Despite my apartment having extremely fast internet and none of my other devices having issues, the tv takes forever to load and launch all the streaming apps. The UI is slow and clunky. Once the video finally loads, it’s blurry and crashes intermittently
