This TV is definitely state of the art. My only trouble is that so many buttons are sometimes hard to navigate. It is very easy to press the wrong one which can cause frustrating results. One day I lost the sound and it took quite a while to figure it out. Other than this, it is a good TV.

So far so good to great! The picture quality is amazing. The ability to navigate the LG family technicality is easy and manageable.

Good quality and sound from tv, but remote interface is a little slow, hence the 4 stars.

+Color is great +All the apps are there so I don't need an AppleTV or a Roku +The LG webOS is easy to use (way better than the one I replaced...my friend Sam sung it was so easy) +It's Matter protocol, so it stays connected to Apple Home (unlike the teleVIZIOn I'll probably be replacing with a LG next) -My only complaint, and it's minor, is that I need a special remote to work the television and a non-LG soundbar. It even let me use the soundbar and the tv speakers combined, which sort of makes a 2.1 into a 5.1, and allowed me to sync up the sound. In my mind that outweighs the remote issue, so this LG 50" UT75 deserves a 4.5 out of 5.

The tv itself is great. Great color and sound. Liked so much i bought two. Easy to use even for an old lady like me. However the remote itself leaves much to desire. Small buttons. Should light up. And very slow reaction time from pushing button to action on tv. Tried several battery brands. New ones. No change. Nothing in front of tv. Working with lg.

Love this TV. Picture is great. Love all the Smart TV functions. Was able to connect my Bose wireless headset and earbuds easily. The only reason I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 is the remote buttons are so tiny and the layout makes very difficult to maneuver by feel. You have to lock closely at the remote everytime to make a selection. I set it up to work thru my Roku remote/device which works great.

lightweight, very bright, crisp picture, easy to set up

The TV has a great picture and the AI sound setting works really well. The only thing I don't like is that the software and repose to remote control is very slow and I wish it had voice control in the remote.

Good tv. Interface lags a little. Not as smooth as Google. Wish they would use Google or Fire TV for apps vs theirs. Picture quality is good. Bought to replace a Samsung tv.

I can't tell you how fantastic this TV is, but I will try! The color, sound, and picture are amazing. Easy to change, lots of variations...it's amazing! The only trouble is all of the really unnecessary things that are pre-installed. Took me a bit to figure out how to remove them, but it's stayed off once I did.

Good price for a very nice TV. Beautiful picture and audio. The only reason I took off one star is because of the remote that comes with this TV. It is so small and the buttons are too small too. The are hard to see as well (the remote does not light up) and placed in inconvenient places for easy use by an adult hand. Takes two hands to hold and press the buttons at the bottom of the remove for pause, fast forward and reverse, for example. Will definitely be replacing it.

I purchased 2 of these. Really nice quality for a really good price. The only thing i dont like about it is the set up is kind of annoying. It takes way longer than it should. Other than that, works well. The picture and aound quality are nice.

Excellent video color and audio sound, but the smart interface needs improvement in response time and ease of navigating through finding settings that allow TV start up in HDMI mode if you have a cable box.

I bought this tv for my daughter and it has great picture quality and sound, it was a hassle setting up and it’s not Apple TV friendly so she has to use the remote from her Apple TV most of the time instead of the one that came with the television.

Great TV that looks great with a great picture. The only reason it was given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the Google Cast feature doesn't work as well as we'd like.

This LG tv has a beautiful screen. It was very easy to set up too. My only small complaint is that LG doesn't support the PBS Passport app. So, I am still using my Roku (and that is fine).

Why can we not received PBS on our "New" LG TV??? Love the picture quality. The sound is uneven between apps, but then again this is a SMART TV, right?
