OS is slow and clunky. It has taken time to adjust to the new type of TV. The response time to inputs from the remote seem to be delayed which makes navigation difficult.

Good picture. The Menues are awkward. My old LG was easier to navigate through the menues. I cannot find how to adjust the sound. A little pricey for the quality.

Remote has no light on it every other day it has an update action to continue to track your location. When recommend this product not worth the money. Total disappointment pitch qualities is not the greatest but it’s OK not worth the money.

I am a huge LG TV fan, but I continue to struggle with the sound on this unit. The screen quality is nice; however, during some programming, the sound might be like it is in a can. I constantly need to adjust the volume, depending on the channel and program. I wish I had purchased a different model, because this TV is NOT the quality of another LG TV I still own, purchased 8 yrs ago!
