Replaced a Fire TV with this LG in our master bedroom. So thankful it does not have all the Amazon Fire TV bloatware on it, however the LG webOS does not currently support or offer the DirecTV app so we had to get the "desktop unit" from DirecTV in order to watch it. It does look great in a lower lighting environment.

Clear picture, bright colors, quality build, nicely priced. Installation was straightforward, though getting everything up and running (eg, connecting remote, wifi, setting up 'smart' features) took some time.

Tv seems to be a good one. However the remote I is not. It is very difficult to control the remote when trying to navigate apps etc. Would rate the remote a 0.

Good tv I do prefer my older nanocell better but the leds went out on that this was a good tv for the open box price

Fantastic visuals and versatility across gaming and viewing. Sound is lacking so soundbar or other sound systems is a MUST.

Easy order process online with good pricing. Installation took longer than scheduled with rescheduled appointment and damaged TV. Service tech did good job installing.

Overall good quality. One drawback is the cord on the back can come loose, and you have to move the tv to reattach.
