I have been looking to get this TV for some time now as an upgrade from the LG CX and im blown away by it. I use it mainly for gaming so it has everything i need in a TV. I also paired it with LG STR90 soundbar and it sounds amazing. Would definitely recommend this TV

I purchased a LG OLED G3 65" TV because of the "zero mount" recessed mounting bracket (that collapses into the TV), basically looking like a picture frame on the wall. It solved the visual problem we would have had extending from the wall and the LG has been awesome. I needed another zero mounting bracket solution but the 55" G4 did not have that (pedestal only). Thank goodness LG brought it out for 55" G5". Installation was a snap and it equally looks great! Thanks Best Buy for your help on my mounting issues withthe solution you provided!

I’ve been using the LG 55” G5 OLED evo and honestly, I’ve loved it. The picture quality is incredible—deep blacks, super vibrant colors, and the brightness is noticeably better than older OLED models. Gaming looks amazing with the 165Hz refresh rate, smooth motion, and fast OLED response times. Movies and shows look super clean with excellent contrast and sharp detail. The design is also really premium and sleek, especially with the One Wall setup—it gives the room a very clean, modern look. webOS runs smoothly, and navigating apps is easy and responsive. Sound quality is solid for built-in speakers, though I mainly use an external setup. Overall, this TV feels like a true flagship and was definitely worth it for me. If you want top-tier picture quality and a premium OLED experience, I’d absolutely recommend it.

It's the flagship for a reason. I bought mine open box with 1200 hours on it. The picture is crisp, bright, and color is amazing. I tried the LG C5 our and didn't like the brightness and returned it. The G5 tv is so bright I had to lower the settings! Nothing to hate but the price and the fact that LG doesn't honor the factory warranty on open box. Got the 5 year geek squad because I know best honors it (they honored it on the last G5 open box that screwed up for me after LG wouldn't honor the warranty). VERY HAPPY WITH THIS TV!

This TV is extremely good as far as overall build quality and performance. Picture quality is superb, however…. It has very bad posterization issues that even in February 2026 have not been fixed via updates and firmware. Color banding is present in games and most other content, and other weird gradation issues as well. Blues and light grays/near blacks are affected the most. All in all the G5 is a great TV and if not for the serious gradient issues I’d recommend it. However until LG decides to fix this on their premium model I cannot tell anyone to buy this TV.

It dont get much better. AMAZING TV. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone for any location. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, den or bright room in your sun room.

The LG G5 Series OLED evo is one of the most impressive TVs I’ve ever owned. The picture quality is breathtaking with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible brightness that makes movies, sports, and gaming feel immersive and cinematic. The OLED evo panel truly stands out, especially in darker scenes where the contrast and detail are unreal. The One Wall Design gives the TV an ultra-clean, modern appearance that looks elegant mounted on the wall. It feels more like a piece of art than a traditional television. The build quality is premium from every angle. Performance is equally impressive. Navigation through webOS is fast and smooth, apps load quickly, and the AI picture enhancements noticeably improve content quality. Gaming performance is outstanding as well with ultra-low input lag and smooth motion support. What impressed me most is how balanced everything feels, incredible visuals, premium sound, sleek design, and smooth smart features all in one package. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true high-end home entertainment experience.

Loving it so far, but only gave it a 4* rating because we dislike the remote. There is no mute button on it. So, if you want to mute the TV, you have to press and hold the volume button down until it’s down to zero volume. It’s annoying. Otherwise, the TV itself has been great.

The LG G5 is just pure amazing! The best OLED you can get! Extremely bright, even in a room with a lot of windows. The screen coating handles reflections very well. The included flush wall mount makes the TV blend into your decor. Gaming is super smooth with its high refresh rate. Overall an excellent TV for anything and we'll worth the premium price!

Coming from an LED TV, you can immediately spot the differences in contrast and color. The speakers are serviceable but nothing amazing. Gaming on this tv has also been fantastic! It was quite jarring at first to experience true HDR gaming with how dim it can often feel when playing games on Hgig. Specifically with games that use the PlayStation 5s HDR system calibration settings, like Call of Duty. However after messing around with the picture settings, I’ve come to better appreciate this display. All in all I believe as a first OLED, there are no comparisons. If you can find one of these on sale, then I say go for it!

I love this TV. LG has the best TV's on the market. I bought this TV specifically for a sunroom because of the brightness of the newest OLED technology. I am not disappointed!! It is bright with a beautiful image no matter what. I highly recommend this TV.

I couldn’t be happier with my new LG OLED Glass 55”! The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The sleek glass design looks elegant in my living room, and the sound quality is surprisingly rich without needing extra speakers. Setup was quick and user-friendly, and the smart features make streaming effortless. Overall, it’s a premium TV that exceeds expectations and is well worth the investment!

The color just pops! It's the perfect size for our family in the basement. I can't wait to watch the Olympics next month. Then the Masters in April. Very crisp clean design 4K by LG.
