very nice looking oven easy to use, so far I've had this oven for two weeks and everything is working well.

We are remodeling our 1914 kitchen. Space is limited, so every inch, every decision has to be perfect. This range is classic and classy, and is a focal point by default. We’re still learning about its “smart”bells and whistles and its performance options. Oh, and the actual alert bell plays like a lullaby instead of a harsh buzzer. That is very civilized.

Not common you walk into a retailer like Best Buy and find a sales person who is confident in their knowledge of the appliance you’re looking at . Confident enough to have explained the inner workings of the LG range/oven you came to see. Confident enough to go over in detail the special fianacing available and confident in comparing the LG to the other models in the store. Impressive. But that’s what I mean best but advertises the fact their associates are knowledgeable enough to help you make an educated decision. Great job to your management crew and the associates to not have fumbled through the encounter they had with myself and my wife. Both of us were sold feeling we had made the “Best” choice of where and what we were going to get. Thanks it’s not easy to replace high ticket items when the situation a rises but to know you got the most competitive price the pro that out weighed the cons in the brands we were looking at and mainly because convincing us that the LG was dollar for dollar a choice we would be happy with then and years to come.

Excellent product. I love the airfryer option. This stove has a sleek look and everyone loves it.

Works great. Haven't used the Air Fryer function but the other functions are just fine. Love the app. I can put a cooked meal in the oven & remotely turn the oven on while at church to warm the food so that it's hot when we get home! It's perfect when feeding a large group as I do for Sunday lunch. My dislikes are: 1 - your suppose to be able to change the tones that the range makes through the app but that doesn't seem to be happening & we're pretty tech savvy. When the oven is through pre-heating, it plays the first 5 tones of the song "It's a Small, Small World" & then it's stuck in my head for hours! 2 - the Instaview sounds like a great concept except that the light won't go off without tapping the glass (which is usually too hot to touch - so glad I don't have littles), or the top of the stove, or in my case the counter top next to it! LOL I ask my husband to take a photo for this review & while he was near the range the light came on so he took that photo too! --any thing else I do around the range when not using it causes the oven light to come on & it doesn't go off until I do one of the tasks in #2 above. 4 - the bottom drawer is too small. It needs to be wider. This is the first range I've ever owned that I could only put part of my "under the oven" stash of casserole dishes & jumbo skillet in. I have to store my jumbo skillet (used alot for the Sunday group) in the pantry now.

Really happy with this range. It heats evenly, works great, and looks good in the kitchen. The oven does its job and the controls are simple and dependable. Only downside is the glass top—you’ve got to keep it clean and wipe up spills right away. Not a deal-breaker, just something to stay on top of. Overall, great appliance and I’d buy it again.

So far so good. The only thing I didn't like was it seems like all ranges we look at the bottom drawer of the range is smaller and its a lttle filmsy. The older models back in the days were bigger and made more durable. Oven easier to clean and stove top a little hard to clean we make sure we clean it after each use. If not its harder to come if you don't clean the top when your done cooking.

I am really excited and happy for this purchase. I recently purchased my home and was so fed up with the builder grade appliances it came with. After much research I landed on this LG stove which is aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful blue ceramic center. Overall I am very happy with the quality and ease of use

I have had the stove for about a week. I am NOT crazy about the glass top - very hard to keep it spotless. My last stove had a smooth glass surface, this is textured and I assume this is a new feature. I like the smooth glas so much better and I may still return this because it is hard to clean and I like mine sotve top spotless. The controls are all opposite of my last oven so I have almost burned one meal while waiting forever to get water to boil - my fault - wrong control! That's just a learning curve - I had my other stove for 10 years. So far this LG looks nice - the oven is really pretty! Looking forward to trying the air fryer but my biggest issue is the glass top. If I had known I probably would have kept looking.

Cooktop is super easy to clean. I appreciate all the burners and the different sizes. I haven’t been able to use all of its features yet but so far I am really happy with it. Also, the stainless steel is easy to clean as well. At this point I am only using hot water and no harsh detergents. The only negative I can comment on is the length of time water takes to boil. Maybe it’s my pots and pans but it seems like it takes longer compared to my last cooktop.

We love the design of this range. This range tells you the temperature as it is heating up which is something our old range did not do. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a larger drawer on the bottom of the range.

Love everything so far - black stainless steele looks very sharp. Only negative thing is that the numbers around the dials are hard to read.

So far so good Got tired of the Samsung glass top that had zero control on the burners for medium heat. LG was highly rated and found this one at the BestBuy outlet Small dent on side but not noticeable when installed Looks very nice cooks very well Burners are excellent One feature that is a bit annoying is the tap on oven door to turn on light We accidentally touch the door when pulling a towel off the handle and the light goes on This doesn’t affect performance or our like but it is a bit of an annoyance Didn’t know turning on a switch was a difficult thing to do

Wonderful range. Great features. Don't like the glass top. It's difficult to clean. Couldn't increase Convection Bake temp to greater than 350F. Lower storage drawer sticks.

The oven comes with 2 gaskets that no one knows how to install including LG themselves, They asked for pictures and proceeded to tell me to take the glass off etc, fast forward a week- turns out they are for filling gaps between the counter and oven, For customer support, stay away from LG..they recommend professional installation, but when installers don't know what something is for LG is terrible for customer support, and geek squad doesn't start their warranty until LG warranty is over..
