This TV had horrible blooming for a full array backlit mini LED. The blooming was happening no matter the calibration. It was across multiple screaming apps and live TV. Artifacts were all over making it hard to watch. This would be a fine TV for $500 less. There are better options in the mini LED QLED category for less money. I ended up going with an LG C5 instead. LG makes an amazing OLED, but they're not known for their mini LED QLEDs. At least not with their 2025 lineup. It wasnt much more to upgrade to their OLED which I highly recommend over this.

Hello there, BrandonD. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding the LG 65" Class 92A Series QNED evo AI Mini LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025). We understand your inquiry about the blooming and artifacts you observed, and we appreciate your honest feedback on the unit's performance.
To help minimize the appearance of blooming on a Mini LED TV, we recommend adjusting the Local Dimming setting within your TV's picture options. Try setting it to a different level (e.g., from High to Medium) to see if this improves the contrast control.

Hi, Bernard. Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand the importance of having your LG TV (65QNED92AUA) model deliver clear, accurate picture quality.
To help improve your viewing experience, one step you can try is running the Picture Mode Settings → AI Picture Pro → Off, then adjusting TruMotion under Picture Options to Cinematic Movement or User with lower De‑Judder values. This can help reduce motion lag and improve clarity between colors. You can also explore additional picture‑optimization guidance here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-picture-quality-and-optimization--20152175493545.
