I have owned this tv for about 5 months so far and I can say that it is a solid tv choice. The 8k resolution is kind of irrelevant since I don’t have anything that could be shown in 8k, but otherwise it does what I want and that is to watch shows and movies with good visual quality. I was also looking for a tv that would mount flush with the wall and this one is pretty flat all throughout. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the interface is just slightly sluggish compared to my other LG which is an OLED and its interface is much faster and smoother (both are WEBOS). My only other complaint is the built in Alexa app, everytime someone says Alexa even someone on tv a prompt pops up asking if you want to install or sign up for Alexa on the tv. The settings to have this feature turned off are almost impossible to find and my solution to this problem was changing my home Alexa’s name so the magic remote wouldn’t hear it.

This TV is amazing! There isn’t a ton of 8k content available yet but the upscaling is great for anything in 4K. The 8k content is just spectacular! It’s also incredible how thin and light this tv is. The remote has been somewhat of a learning curve but it’s great being able to control the Apple TV as well as the tv apps all with one remote. It’s also very nice having the Alexa app built in to control our devices and the LG appliances right on the Home Screen. Loving this TV! I don’t know if these pictures do the tv justice but here are a few!

Fantastic picture quality! Excellent for console gaming. I use both my Xbox Series X and my PS5 and i’ve never had visuals this sharp and detailed. Is 8k worth the price? Yes. Will there be a big difference between this tv and your 4k tv? Yes! I highly recommend.

Great tv. Picture is eye popping. Remote is very intuitive but the setting options take some getting used to. TV has difficulty sharing control with other HDMI connected devices. Have to turn TV off/on separately with it’s own remote.

Looks great for costing just under $1,000 really bright and good diming zones. Would recommend, go in store though its cheeper then online

Tv was easy to set up. It has a clear crisp color and brightness.

Excellent 8K TV with a 120 hz refresh rate. Great for gaming and ranks right up there with the best OLED's without the fear of screen burn in. The better the signal you put in, the better the picture!! Amazing TV and love it!!... Great for my PS5 and movie nights!!!!!!!

The LG QNED has amazing features & crazy high sharp picture. And the Sound is so immersive. The sound makes it like you really there. The LG QNED TV is the best choice to buy when getting a full package what you getting for. Thank you Best Buy. ; )

Best picture quality so far. The refresh rate is very smooth.

Incredible picture quality. Best open box item I’ve purchased. 1 issue is I didn’t get a Manuel with it. Upsetting

GreatTV for the money. Instructions from factory have a lot to be desired. Had to watch several YouTube video’s before I found out how to switch the TV from store mode to home mode. Almost gave up and sent it back. After the video showed me how it’s very simple to change.

Would’ve give it a five star but i give it a 4.5 if it had VRR this TV is really good. Picture quality It has all the checkmarks on Xbox,Series x except for the VRR which is disappointing hopefully they can add an update later on this year onto the TV or a new model of the 8kTV that has it

I am absolutely in love with the picture on this TV! Super fast operating system that is very user-friendly and an amazing picture to go with it. I couldn’t be happier.

The best purchase I’ve made in a long time, it’s crystal clear it’s like I’m there in whatever I may be watching it’s awesome and amazing it’s an all around great “TV” go get you one.

Great picture not as good as Oled but you get what you pay for a great compromise

Just a great TV, just like the salesman told me it would be seeing they didn't have one on Display but I trusted him and he was Spot on this TV is Awesome!☮️

Perfect except do not trust Best Buy sales staff to accurately describe or detail what is included in an Open Box regardless that it’s printed on an inspection sticker by a member of their staff…

Had previously written a review which went “under review” and now it’s missing on the site. Put it Simply, it’s a scam TV. Worked fine for exactly 1 year &3 days, conveniently after the warranty expired. Called LG and basically told me to kick rocks. Best Buy support at least gave me a bit more information, said it’s likely the panel is failing but the repair cost could be the equivalent of the TV value($2k+). At the time I paid $2499 and it conveniently breaks 3 days after warranty expires. First experience with LG TV and never buying LG TV’s again. Complete absolute scam, stay away
