Bought this high end LG G5 TV LG high end S95AR home theater. “No Signal” between the two. Tried everything, include buying a new eARC hdmi cable. Still no signal and no help. $3,000 for wasted hours! I’m frustrated!

Brillian picture, and sound ---when it works, The sound cuts in and out, making viewing unacceptable. During installation by Jonathan Macias, Home TheaterAgent, from your Pasadena store, the sound worked OK. Several hours after he left, the sound problem started. I need you to fix this problem or replace the TV. Many thanks, in advance, for your prompt attention to this matte.r
