Sometimes the streaming apps fail to load and the TV has to be completely restarted, but overall the picture quality is great! Prior to our soundbar connecting, the speakers are also not bad.

Will never be connected to the internet and will never be set to anything other than film-maker mode. I updated the firmware via USB because this model had problems with the stock firmware. It's a big TV, the picture quality (in film-maker mode) is good. I can't speak for the other display modes, yuck @ all of that. The mounting system works well, but was poorly explained in the documentation. I hadn't upgraded TVs in over 10 years so it was a good step up in terms of picture quality and so forth. I don't know that I would ever recommend connecting these spy-devices to the internet. The operating system and interface leaves much to be desired. It's ok, set it up once, and then you can never deal with the TV settings again thanks the HDMI E-ARC and a good receiver. Thankfully, a lot of the most offensive settings (motion smoothing and so on) can be turned off. The menus are not particularly intuitive, and like all TV manufacturers they use made-up LG-specific words that they presumably copyright to describe general picture settings. I would never tell someone to buy an expensive TV, because the value just isn't there for folks who watch general streaming shows and sports. I wanted the best picture quality for movies, and to get that I have to fight with the manufacturer's desire to insert garbage at every turn. NO THANK YOU, TO: AI features, frame smoothing, and the rest of that crap. Film-maker Mode Forever! just make a good panel!

Works well. Decent picture. The lack of a stand is ridiculous. Heat is what scrapped my last LG tv so mounting it flat to a wall was out of the question.

Great picture quality, great for gaming. Mounting was a little difficult overall love the sleek design

I will start by saying the new tandem 4 stack OLED tech is every bit as good as advertised. Picture quality is great with unbelievably high brightness, I’d argue even brighter than most LED TV’s. Processing is top notch and build quality is phenomenal as well. Only downside is that there is a good macro blocking in low res content and black can crush in dark scenes. Overall, I’d say LG nailed it this year. Anyone looking for a high quality OLED with awesome gaming features and picture quality, just purchase it and be happy for years to come.

It's a great TV and picture with more options and smart features than you can shake a stick at. However, there is no manual that discusses it's many features, which means you learn by trial and error. The screen is also glossy and easily shows the reflections of light sources in the room. Since the TV is is very bright, this is not a problem except in dark scenes where there are a lot of blacks shown. I might have bought the Samsung S95F but for 2 things - This TV and no other OLED that I am aware of is capable of being flush-mounted. Also, given the minor difference in picture quality, I would have likely bought the LG C5 ($600 cheaper) if it was flush mountable. It would be nice if LG in the future would add some kind of anti-reflective coating like the Samsung's. Sound quality is great for a TV, but I have it paired with a soundbar with a subwoofer. All in all, I'm very happy with the TV.

I just got this TV delivered a couple of days ago so this is an instant impressions review. So far, the TV looks fantastic and works wonderfully well. The reason for the deducted star is the awful user interface. When I turned on the TV I was immediately inundated with a car ad audio included. I was able to disable the ad but that left the upper right area of the home screen blank except for a fixed still photo. I've enjoyed using a Google TV streamer on my previous TV so I bought the new 4k version. That provides a much better user interface but at an additional expense. I definitely suggest changing the picture control to cinema or filmmaker as the default out of the box setting is way too blue. At least to my taste. I may update this review if longer term use leads to new opinions. I don't use TV speakers so really don't have any opinion on the TV's audio. I connect through an optical cable to my stereo system.

Positives: The picture quality is fantastic. The internals (processors) added a new dimension to gaming. Negatives: The initial set up has very much to be desired. TV's I have bought in the past were very intuitive guiding the user step by step. Basically, I had to Google way too many things in order to set the TV to the desired setting. Buyers note, this does not come with a table stand only a wall mount. My home set is table stand application. Universal table stands are very expensive and flimsy. I ended up buying the LG stand directly from LG at $100.00. An expense I wasn't happy about. I take the blame on this as the description says One Wall Design. However, my sales associate was aware of my desire for a table stand. An honest mistake on both our parts because I was originally looking at the C4 model (table stand) and upgraded to the C5 model.

Love this tv. Great picture. Remote small and not complicated. Don’t care for the cursor, wish I could get rid of it permanently.

Upgraded from a C1. Picture is higher quality but I don’t see the hype. It’s much brighter but filmmaker mode seems hazy. LG wants so much of your data and I refuse to give it to them so I’m missing out on some features. Probably exchange for a Sony.

Display screen is awesome. It took me a minute to adjust the screen brightness/color/contrast by searching on YouTube to find a good setting that works for me. It is definitely lighter then my G1 65 Cons 1. Update the tv. Next-Gen antenna is not showing up even though it is list as part of LG specs for G5 series. 2. I do not like the new remote it sucks it does not give me the ability to enter the number. So far these are the reasons why I can give it 5 stars.

Great tv … don’t like how it stands leaning a bit forward … legs/brackets don’t screw in securely

The LG operating system is sub par. The picture is determined by what application you are using for viewing. The TV has more capabilities than most operating apps. There does tend to be some glitching with certain patterns on objects. Until apps like UTUBE TV and the like upgrade, which will all of the money we are shelling out for each, then you might as well buy the cheaper TV.

Great TV, no foot stand sucks, audio is meh but if your buying this tv you should be using your own audio system, it’s almost too bright but after some tweaking and getting used to it I’m very satisfied with it. I’ll be using it until it breaks. Bluetooth connects to my other audio equipment automatically as well in a pinch.

It has a great picture and looks great overall. I would just not recommend buying a OLED in a shelf display condition. Had screen burn in so I returned it and got a TCL QM8L instead.

Great TV, the brightness compared to the 2020 model is very noticeable. I was a little disappointed with the clear voice and AI sound settings. Maybe they will tweak it in a future software update but to me they don't sound natural at all. The standard setting sounds good though. Overall great TV, would recommend waiting for a sale if possible.

Great picture, built in apps are better with new update. Wish it came with a stand instead of needing to buy one separately

Great tv with an awesome picture. It took a little to get used to and get it dialed in coming from an 8yr old Samsung but that was to be expected. I upgraded because I play pc games on it. The refresh rate and response time are incredible compared to the old Samsung. The speakers are kinda crap compared to it though, but i have a sound system so it's not a big deal.

I love the tv, the only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because of the remote.
