Dryer door doesn’t fully close/seal. Had service come look at it and apparently that’s just the way it’s made. Problems is it lets lint/stuff get outside of the dryer. It keeps the seal a mess and stuff ends up on the door frame and sometimes on the floor in front of it. Wouldn’t purchase this had we known. Our old LG dryer was great for 18 years and the door fully closed/sealed.

None of the cycles work except Timed Dry which bypasses the thermistor and moisture sensor. LG says it's User error because the panel isn't showing an error code. I've argued with them for hours and gotten nowhere. They refuse to send a technician and I am stuck with a $1k broken dryer. Terrible company

Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

Best Buy customer service is probably the worst customer support ive ever dealt with. I had an issue with my order on the delivery. I tried calling customer service correct issue and cannot get anyone for several days. I did do the online chat option took several hours and got nowhere. I was told I would get a call within a few days and never got one. I will never buy any other appliances buy again.

My washer broke after using it for 18 years. When I replaced the washer my husband said we should replace the dryer to match the washer . I wish I had not listened to my husband the old washer dried my clothes perfeclty this one burns my clothes even in the normal setting.

It has been a month since I purchased the washer and dryer and it has been sitting in my garage for over two weeks. 3 times, men in third party trucks have come to install and couldn't because parts or kits were not sent with them. A fourth time, a NJ storm prevented Piscataway facility from sending the appliances. I received no call telling me that anything was wrong. One time they were to arrive between 12 and 6pm. They arrived at almost 7--didn't have the parts and told their dispatcher that one man had gotten hurt at the last install and couldn't do mine--a lie!!!!!! Dispatcher thought they were ashamed that they couldn't do the job. Maybe! I went back to the store in Holmdel 3 times to tell them what was happening because your computer system was telling me all incorrect things. They truly tried to help. At one point, I got the missing kits from the store so, I thought, the items could then finally be installed. This last time, Friday, yesterday, they arrived as expected and could not install because the wrong gas line was given to me! It wasn't long enough! My husband went to a plumbing store to buy a longer one. Of course, the men couldn't wait until he returned because they were on a schedule. I was told by Piscataway that I would get a call today to schedule another date to install. In the meantime, your computer system tells me that everything was completed when nothing was!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous! Get my puchases installed!

I was referred to the outlet store when planning to purchase a brand new washer and dryer. I went to the outlet and found this dryer which was the one I was looking for. No one could tell me what was wrong with it. I didn't see any significant scratches or dents and I was led to believe most of the issues would be cosmetic. Once it was delivered and installed it made a bad noise that seemed to be coming from the drum. I had it returned. I was able to get my money back which I took to another store and bought a brand new dryer. I will never buy from the outlet again and I will never buy an appliance from best buy.

never buy from best buy ever . i would never want my friends or family to go through hours of follow-up frm 25/11/20 to 12/8/20. we have had 4 service calls(each is an 1.5 hr long call-as no things is reordered nor noted on account.) and still i am unable to even do one load of laundry my old machines are disconnected and in garage(they damaged our new basement while bring the new ones inn-thats another followup) and new one is useless doesn't dry a single cloth.4 times people have come they dont know what is wrong as my vent have no clog at all and machine is giving error of d95 .no technician is sound in his job all are contractors and give hardly 10-15 min.they dont have booties and will talk with mask down .no professionalism. even if u complain there is no record notes you on other end are wasting you time on phone. last agent left saying change the machine.and for that i am asked to go to store as i got it in deal so i hv to go to store.they cant do any adjustment .-its harrestment nothing else. our old GE machines were working perfectly good we just thought of updating to new model .

Bestbuy customer service is beyond terrible. They have multiple call centers across multiple countries, long wait times, no central place for coordination and they don’t actually care about the end customer experience. In fact, they literally lie to get you off the phone. Would never buy from BestBuy again.

Product was good, the installation company along with best buy's coordination was horrible. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Best buy says one thing and then their vendor says another. I recommend you use someone else for installation. Additionally, best buy store manager was of no use when the situation was explained.

Superb delivery guys and very professional handled unit with Care. However wouldn't recommend this tproduc because there must have been a mechanical issue with the heating element or the heating core system.

I purchase this dryer a few months ago and just had it installed last week as we have been renovating our house and were just ready for the appliances to be installed. The dryer has not been used yet as the dryer door does not fully close. Tried to schedule a best buy geek squad service thru customer service and was told nothing available and I should try calling back in a few days.

My dryer arrived in shambles. Endless calls to customer support resulted in a promise for a replacement, but it's been a month of playing the waiting game. The delivery saga is like a sitcom of errors, and communication with support resembles Morse code – zero stars and still stuck in limbo. Air dry likes to switch to high heat which has ruined several items. LG customer service is a joke don't waist you time... regret this purchase. If you have the option go with a different brand.

DON’T have “best buy” install or deliver appliances! The 3rd party employees they hire will damage your home and best buy and that 3rd party will refuse to take responsibility. Sitting here with water and floor damage in the thousands that I’m going to have to pay for unless I want to sue.
