Hi, Tawana. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding the LG Air Conditioner (LT1430CNR) model. We understand your concern about your unit stops working, especially in the middle of a heatwave. We aim to provide high-quality products that exeed our customer's needs and expectations. The CH-10 error code usually indicates an issue with internal components, like the temperature sensor or refrigerant. Try turning off the unit, unplugging it for 5 minutes, and then plugging it back in to reset it. Also, ensure that the air intake and exhaust are free of debris, as restricted airflow can cause overheating and error codes. If the error persists, contact @LGUSSupport on social media for further assistance. We can help with advanced troubleshooting or scheduling a service visit. ^Juvy <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/LG.png" alt="LG" title="LG" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />
