I absolutely hate this air conditioner. It is unbelievably noisy making it necessary to crank the volume on the tv very high and sleeping difficult. Though energy saver is a nice feature it doesn't work well. The fan turning on every three minutes to allow the sensor to check the temp is truly annoying; loud enough to prevent sleep. Overall, I would not buy this again.

Not worth the money loud and didn’t cool as well as a regular window unit. We ended up putting a window unit in as the side vents worked fine in our wall and was a lot less expensive so much so that I was able to buy another unit for another room.

Hi, Lou. Thanks for sharing your experience with the LG Air Conditioner (LT1430CNR) model. We appreciate your persistence and understand how important it is for your cooling system to work reliably — especially after multiple units.
If you're encountering issues with this model, we recommend performing a reset by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds and plugging it back in. Also, make sure the filter is clean and the mode settings are correctly set to Cool with the desired temperature below room temp. These steps can help restore proper function and airflow.
