The picture quality is excellent; however, everything else falls short. The user interface, remote and settings are astonishingly complicated and poorly engineered. The LG Soundbar interface was complicated and lacked the necessary features. Although LG is a pioneer in this technology their software and firmware are deeply flawed. I returned the TV and soundbar within one week of receiving it.

While we understand you have returned the unit, we do offer tips to simplify the experience. For instance, the webOS home screen allows you to reorder the app tiles to prioritize your most-used apps. Additionally, the Magic Remote has a Quick Access feature where you can set number buttons as shortcuts to specific apps, letting you bypass the main home screen.
