This TV is absolutely gorgeous. Coming from a plasma with great inky blacks I did not want to upgrade at all but I am glad to have gone OLED. And don't let the "entry level" tag placed on this tv fool you, it's OLED through and through. Beautiful colors and deep pure blacks. And with the right settings, the picture is natural and sharp. I am beyond happy. The speakers are way better than I would have ever thought. My only negative is that OS is sluggish. I like it better than some others but it's a little slow which is where the price probably comes in. But it's not bad enough for me to pay the difference for the next model up. Overall I highly recommend this TV for exceptional movie watching and gaming.

Overall, great purchase. Picture quality is very vivid colors are bright has a lot of cool features to prevent screen burn with a wide variety of screensaver options. some of the apps can be a bit clunky at times, but not a dealbreaker.

Great picture quality but the internal speakers are very lacking. You WILL need an external sound system to make it viable.

Happy with the TV. Right size for the space. I also love the magic remote... it gives you option to use a mouse / cursor

Light weight, great picture, and slim design. Only wish more HDMI ports were offered.

[Employee of bestbuy] Excellent TV. The only issue with it is the tv has a barely noticable bow in the top right corner, only barely noticeable if yoh look dead on from the right side. Apparently this is common with OLEDs and is grounds for a return, but I didn't want to re-box a 77 inch TV and haul it down two flights of stairs, then rent a truck just to return it. The blacks on this TV are incredible. The biggest downside to this TV per other reviews is it doesn't get as bright as the higher end models, but unless you're in an absolutely sun-drenched room, the picture will be visible. The reflective screen can cause issues viewing darker contwnt if you have any lights opposite the TV, but if you're getting a TV like this you'll be turning off the lights anyways for anything you really want to enjoy. Sound is average. Better than most TV speakers but still very hollow on the lows. But again, if you're spending this much on a TV, you can spend another $200 on a soundbar.

Lets start by says this is an excellent TV & intro OLED for the price. Not sure why the manufacturers decided on 77" opposed to 75", but that is besides the point. The contrast and blacks are amazing, however, this is best suited the B5 is best suited for a dark room. I max out the brightness in my living room and had a hard time seeing images cleary during the day in a medium lite room. Needless to say. I returned it and paid the difference to upgrade to the brighter C5 which is perfect!

The tv has a great picture. The WebOS interface is too much. I'd prefer a simpler first screen with just my streaming services. The initial screen is awfully busy and keeps promoting Alexa and LG stations.

Good picture, and nice TV. If you’re not utilizing a streaming service, cable, dish, etc broadcasting in 4k/HDR then you may not need OLED but if you are, this TV is worth every dollar.

Picture quality is great. Just not sure it's worth the price. First time buying TV in 8 years. I expected prices to come down compared to the picture quality improvement.

Amazing picture quality, settings take some getting used to but it’s perfect for movie/game nights.

Overall, good TV. The remote is a little tricky to use, which is the main complaint. Have only had the TV for about a week, but the picture is great in the basement where we have a little ambient light.

Overall solid TV- We'll see if it holds up to the quality for a $2000 TV and I get several years out of the product.

Picture quality is decent, but not the best. Sound quality is kinda poor. But for the price, good buy.

Great picture! Not much volume; need external speakers like theatre surround system. Lots of features.
