If a green pixel is staying lit when it should be displaying black on the LG 85” Class NU700B Series LED Nano AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2026), Model # 85NU700BPUA, you are dealing with a "stuck bright pixel" (or bright sub-pixel defect), rather than a standard dead pixel. Under LG Electronics' Pixel Policy, a certain number of sub-pixel anomalies are considered a normal byproduct of LCD manufacturing and do not automatically constitute a defect. LG has a much stricter threshold for bright pixels (pixels permanently lit up as green, red, or blue against a dark background) because they are highly distracting. Depending on the specific panel class and your region, LG's warranty often covers the TV if there are more than 1 to 3 bright pixels total. For pixels that stay entirely black against a bright background, LG generally requires a higher threshold—often 5 to 8+ dead pixels—before authorizing a panel replacement under warranty. If your single green pixel is sitting dead-center in the middle of your 85-inch screen and drastically impeding normal viewing, LG support agents occasionally grant a one-time courtesy exception, but a single isolated stuck pixel is technically considered "within specification" under a strict reading of the standard warranty...^Ivan.

The LG 85” Class NU700B Series LED Nano AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2026), Model # 85NU700BPUA, does not support Dolby Atmos FlexConnect. It is an entry-level direct-lit LED model that lacks the requisite premium audio decoding for native Dolby Atmos hardware rendering. LG limits its native Dolby Atmos FlexConnect ecosystem support—which allows wireless satellite speakers to seamlessly sync with a TV's internal speakers using room-calibration software—exclusively to its premium OLED tiers (such as the G5, C5, CS5, and newer G6/C6 series. Because it lacks native Dolby Atmos FlexConnect processing, you cannot connect the M5 or M7 wireless speakers directly to the television via Wi-Fi. The LG Sound Suite ecosystem relies on a central processor to handle wireless spatial rendering. To use M5 or M7 speakers as a cohesive surround system with this specific TV model, you must use the LG Sound Suite H7 Soundbar, which acts as the missing "brain" for the audio setup. The H7 soundbar natively handles the Dolby Atmos decoding and builds the wireless network. You can then open the LG ThinQ app on your phone to group your M5 or M7 speakers directly to the H7 soundbar, unlocking the full spatial surround sound environment seamlessly. If you only own a single M5 or M7 speaker and do not have the H7 soundbar, you can bypass Wi-Fi entirely and connect to the TV via standard Bluetooth, but you will have limited functionality. This path treats the speaker as a basic wireless audio output. It outputs standard stereo sound rather than immersive multi-channel Dolby Atmos spatial layouts...^Ivan.

You can connect a soundbar to the LG 85” Class NU700B Series LED Nano AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2026), Model # 85NU700BPUA, using two primary methods: a wired high-performance HDMI connection or a wireless Bluetooth connection. The highest-quality method is using the HDMI eARC port, which allows the TV to transmit uncompressed audio formats to your soundbar. It also enables SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC), meaning your LG TV remote will automatically control the soundbar's power and volume. If you prefer a clean look without any visible cords running from your 85-inch display, you can connect via Bluetooth 5.3, which this model supports...^Ivan.
