It's really great sounding it was pretty easy to set up out of the box but it's not worth the money I paid for it it probably would be in the right room but for a vaulted ceiling living room with wide open space not much for the upward speakers to bounce off from All in all sounds really good but sould have considered something else

The sound is great when paired to my LG tv because of the wow orchestra but the bass is subpar sadly, for a flagship sound system, I was left a little disappointed. If you use it for sports or regular tv this would be great, the rear speakers do, make a difference, but for movies will leave you missing the cinematic experience.

Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your LG 9.1.5-Channel S95AR Home Theater Soundbar. We understand your inquiry regarding the bass performance and cinematic experience of your unit. To help optimize your sound, we recommend ensuring the subwoofer is placed in a corner of the room to naturally amplify the low-end frequencies and checking the "Bass Blast+" setting in the LG Sound Bar app.

LG maybe the best when it comes to tv’s but when it comes to Sound-bars sound quality they still have a long way to go compare to the competition. I had this sound bar for a week and tested it in every way and sound mode available to include WoW Orchestra with my 77” LgG3 tv. And even then the sound quality failed short of expectation. My Samsung Q930-C Sound-bar from 2023 sounded better than than this LG S95AR. Anyways I ended up returning this Sound-bar and upgrading to a Samsung Q990D and could not be happier. Now I have the sound that I wanted all alone. Until Lg actually produce a Sound-bar that truly rivals that of the competition I will stick with Samsung. Sorry Lg!

I know it was an open box item, however it was missing a power cord and the remote that came with it was the wrong one. The remote was for a TV, not the soundbar. I had to go online and get the correct remote. With regards to the power cord I had a spare, so that was resolved

Not happy with this $1,000 soundbar system. It lacks punch at low volume. No where worth what I paid for it. I returned it to the store and purchased a Sonos system. Much better sound all the way around!

Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the bass performance of your LG 9.1.5-Channel S95AR Soundbar system. To enhance the low-frequency impact at lower volumes, we recommend using the LG Soundbar app to adjust the "Woofer Level" and ensuring that "Night Mode" is disabled, as this feature is designed to reduce bass spikes.
