Not everyone has a cavernous kitchen and I needed a French Door refrigerator that would fit next to a wall and wasn’t super deep as to take up all the space in my galley kitchen. I ordered a kitchenaid until i realized the depth would have made it a tight squeeze. This refrigerator fit the bill and was available for delivery as pur previous fridge bit the dust. It fits my space. I like the zero clearance doors but it has some quirks. I don’t think the drawers are removeable for cleaning. The ice door has these shelves that are so thin I am having a hard time imagining what they could be be used for except juice boxes if you have kids. I fit some snacks and a stick of butter but not well. The freezer is big but the bottom and top part do not open independently. Finally the ice/water selection is annoying. If you use ice, it does not reset back to water. But you have to select cube, then crushed to get back to water. It would be better if you could just select the mode you want. The shelves are not very customizable. It’s just my husband and I and a bunch if dogs so we dont need a lot of space. I would not recommed for a family - unless you want weird shelves for a few juice boxes.

Love this slim line fridge! It fit perfectly in our new space! And it is truly fingerprint resistant. You can get ice from the door or the ice bucket in the freezer… also the ice cubes the drop in the ice bucketare large balls of ice so you only need to use one! We love the fridge, but we are LG fans… it’s perfect for us with two adults and one child but I would say for a larger family. It could pose a problem because there’s no shelving on the left Interior fridge door because that’s where the ice-maker is. If you have a large family and you’re needing tons of shelf space on the fridge doors, this may not work for you but if you don’t need tons of door shelving space, this absolutely is an awesome refrigerator and looks beautiful too!

Like the LG Counter Depth Design. Very quiet running. We like Craft Ice for drinks. Last a long time in glass. Thank you!

We love this fridge! Having two different ice shapes has been perfect for our family. There is a lot of room that my fridge doesn’t seem super full. Would recommend to everyone!

A great decision to purchase this refrigerator. It is cabinet depth AND zero turn doors. I have a small kitchen with very little room. This refrigerator hit the mark 100 percent!

Lg has Nailed it on Latest Tech innovations. Upgraded from another Lg Fridge that lasted 12 years and was Due for a replacement and Definitely wanted a Counter depth to sit more flush against the cabinet. ThinQ wifi app lets me customize the functions from my phone/Tablet with Ice maker/Temp/lighting. I really wanted an Lg studio line but they have not came out with anything new like the zero clearance hinges that swings out 90 degrees so it doesn’t damage counter top and fridge, some people dont like it but it works for me, Im definitely happy with my purchase Thanks to Best buy delivery team for doing Excellent job installing the fridge and hauling away the old one. My Kitchen is coming together Nicely!

I am very pleased with our new LG refrigerator. It seems to have more room than our previous LG fridge. It’s also easier to locate food on the shelves and in the bins. I especially like the added feature of the “craft” ice. My only complaint is that it was easier to access the water and ice in the previous fridge.

This zero clearance door refrigerator fit flus to the wall for a built in look. Doors open as expected. Quality and construction looks perfect. Things to mention: 1. The temperature settings are not correct. Set to 37 yet my reliable thermometer says 42. Set to 34 and the coldest I’m showing is 38 degrees. Similar with freezer. 2. Ice makers: The in door ice maker started making ice after about 6 hours. 36 hours after install, The “craft ice” in the freezer still hasn’t made ice. The manual says it can take up to 48 hours to produce. Otherwise 5 stars- I’ll update…

The zero clearance on this unit takes the look of our kitchen to a whole other level. It’s sleek design proved to be a great replacement to our old unit. Simple and to the point. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Delivery and installation was super easy as well.

If you’re in a tight spot, this is your refrigerator. It’s right up against the wall and still opens

We are very happy with our new fridge. We originally bought the 25.5 cu unit without zero clearance, which did fit the space, but we could not fully open the right door due to the 4-inch door width and how it swung open. This was our only option in LG. It is a shame that this fridge doesn't have the higher spec options (metal trim shelving, ice options, pull-out drawer functions) that we wanted in the other LG fridge. Best Buy was awesome with the exchange and delivery.

We bought this fridge to replace a 10 yr old, LG Counter Depth, that we limped along through 3 compressor changes (all covered under warranty). The first fridge that was delivered had a very noticeable dent on one of the doors. While arranging for a replacement, we noticed that it had trouble staying cool (not a good sign). The second fridge also had a dent (this time on the freezer door, but is less noticeable). After the debacle with our other fridges staying cool, I bought a temperature sensor that keeps track of any changes. The fridge does not do a good job of maintaining a temperature. It will warm up with door the door opening (as it should), but it will then take up to 2-3 hours to recover to the set temperature (often times being above 40 degrees). As a comparison, we have a cheap secondary fridge that recovers to temp within 30 minutes and keeps the temperature within plus or minus 1 degree. The fridge that is 4x the cost struggles unless you never open the door. The storage space in the door (of the ice maker side) is useless. We have yet to find condiment bottle sizes that fit. We have also noticed a rattling sound that happens several times per day, but we haven't been able to pinpoint the source. Ultimately, we should have learned our lesson after our first LG fridge experience, butnI had read that they supposedly fixed the flaw that was causing the issues. Maybe they fixed the flaw, but their quality control is obviously lacking.

Love our new fridge! Hoping the craft cocktail ice balls become more clear and fully rounded.

Great option especially for those with a wall or counter on one side of their refrigerator space. The refrigerator is quiet, has quite a bit of usable space (for a counter depth), and produces a good amount of ice. Feel it is generally well designed and there is an option to rearrange the shelves slightly. Also, the controls and features are very good. On the potentially negative side: like many refrigerators the crisper drawers do not seem to be very effective; also there are two areas that are not very usable; one is behind the upper ice maker, so that is understandable and we have found some uses for it. The other area is a slot in the freezer area in the front. We had this in our former refrigerator and it could hold a couple of frozen pizzas or similar shaped boxes. This one is narrower and not as wide. When I put a small frozen item in, it fell out the bottom. I have not experimented to see what would fit, but not fall out, but it seems like it would have been better to just add this to the freezer space instead of making it separate and very limited in usefulness (at least from our perspective).
