It's a nice upgrade from my old traditional refrigerator. Enjoying the new water line and ice. It's the same capacity size as my older one but the appearance is much nicer. Wish the ice bucket drawer came out further. I lost door shelf space with the slim shelving.

Wanted a counter depth refrigerator that had the water and ice on the outside along with an extra drawer for the kids snacks and this is perfect for what we needed!

Spacing of compartments and shelving very convenient and accessible. Also a very attractive appliance.

Some good some bad. Bad: drawers and door shelves feel so fragile, door doesn’t sound like closing firm, big ice bin in bottom not needed but takes space and drops extra ice in unreachable place?! Good: bright, upper ice space saver, can c food cause not deep, magnetic door to put stuff on….etc

I’ve been using the LG 25 cu. ft. Smart Counter-Depth MAX™ 4-Door French Door fridge for a few months, and it’s been a great upgrade. Even though it’s counter-depth, it feels super roomy inside—plenty of space for everything my family needs. The 4-door layout makes organizing easy, and I love that it runs quietly and looks sleek in my kitchen. The smart features are a bonus—I get alerts on my phone if the door’s left open or when it’s time to replace the water filter. My only small gripe is that the top shelves are a bit tight for tall items, but the adjustable design helps. Overall, it’s stylish, efficient, and surprisingly spacious. No regrets!

Have only had for a month but very impressed with capacity. Especially love the deli drawer, drove me crazy having to open both doors to get to deli drawer in most other fridges. The bonus is it has 2 ice makers. The dispenser is efficient just water & ice. All the other temp info is just inside the door easy to read & adjust. The water filter is also easy to access inside door. Now I’ll be really impressed if it lasts longer than 5 years .

The refrigerator works well i have yet to connect the water filter or ice maker. Took about 3 hours to cool. I wish the manual came with better instructions on navigating the setting. Also refrigerator came extremely dirty, ti the point the grey marks are not removing, thus couldn’t have been just from the delivery! The freezer is very uncomfortable to clean as you have to remove the whole door to remove trays. I attached photos to you see.

Love this size. Love the look. Great storage. Two ice makers--whoa--how did I survive on one. Who knew.

This refrigerator is a major change from my previous model. It is quieter east to access for items. The ice maker is amazing, it will release ice cubes into a basin in the freezer.

I'm very happy with this frig. I looks awesome in my kitchen, everything works great, the color is beautiful, and the space is great. I was also able to deactivate the 2nd icemaker in the freezer to allow for additional space. I would highly recommend this frig.

Overall, a good and spacious refrigerator/freezer. The freezer is a bit small and it’s a pain closing it. Otherwise I like the drawer compartment. It comes in handy for kid meals.

Replaced our Kitchen Aid counter depth refrigerator with this new LG counter depth refrigerator. Lots of new features including a 3rd drawer that can be programed from refrigeration to freezing. Lots of extra room as ice maker is in in the door..Only negative is 29 1/2 depth protrudes beyond counter by 4 inches.

Very nice refrigerator with lower freezer. Plenty of room, the ice machine is a plus with the extra ice that goes down in the freezer drawer

Ample space, clean features. The middle draw with flexible cooling options is a great plus! Stays quiet!

Very nice LG counter depth frig. Lots of room in frig part and the drawer coverts from frig to freezer by touch of a button. Two ice makers. Water / ice by select button.

The fridge is spacious and gets the job done. I would not recommend solely because it has a very loud alarm that continuously goes off when you’re in there. We have a baby at home and it always wake him up. The middle drawer also only comes with one divider and they do not sell them individually. There is nothing out they’re that fits this because the slots curve. The freezer drawers come out together so you can’t fully see what’s in there because it all overlaps. Had I known these things.. I wouldn’t have bought it.

I like it but I don’t love it. We initially bought the bigger version on this but realized it was too big (depth wise) had to cancel and buy this smaller one. I was annoyed that it cost the exact SAME price - how? I love the option to turn the middle drawer into a drink chiller, more fridge space, and more freezer space. I have been doing both freezer and chiller. What I don’t like is if I make one shelf taller to fit a jug of milk, the remaining space I have is really only big enough to put an egg carton - anything the heigh of an egg carton. So I can technically only make one side taller. Also if you don’t use the ice often enough, it gets stuff and won’t dispense. You have to open the door, shake it around to get the ice to fall out. I definitely like my sisters Samsung more.

Just recently purchased this. Looks great and the convertible drawer is very helpful!

This was my replacement for the same fridge but standard size. I love this fridge! Also makes a lot of ice, love the deli drawer that can also convert to a freezer. Very spacious too though it is counter depth. So far so great!
