While they function as standalone Wi-Fi speakers, they are not compatible for specialized spatial audio with older or non-FlexConnect TV models. The LG G4 OLED evo AI 4K Smart TV 2024 series does not support Dolby Atmos FlexConnect. For the best experience, you will need a 2025 or 2026 LG OLED TV with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect, which uses the TV as the center channel and connects M7 speakers wirelessly. I have an LG B5 TV. I understand that my tv as of right now will not get the flex connect update. However I was curious if I could still connect two M7s to my tv without the H7 soundbar. Possibly via bluetooth instead?
