The refrigerator works perfectly,it is very spacious and a good choice for people who have toddlers at home,because you can put lock on the dispenser,also a very good buy for people who always have social gathering,because the ice makers are wonderful...i couldn't have made a better choice than this.its a must have for every home.

Took me awhile to look and purchase a fridge that would fit in our kitchen. LG came in clutch. Love the storage capacity, shelvings and the fact that it has 2 ice makers is a game changer. A very very good brand.

I normally don’t post reviews but our experience was such an improvement since the last time we ordered appliances from Best Buy that I felt I needed to share. From start to finish the experience was great. Annette from the Warwick Best Buy was great in helping us find appliances that would work for us and ensuring they got to us as quickly as they could. Our delivery experience for both the dishwasher and refrigerator was also much improved as the appliances arrived undamaged and the technicians were able to answer any questions we had upon delivery. The refrigerator is also a great upgrade compared to our old one. The width that our cabinets allow us narrowed down our selection but in the end we are very happy. There is a good amount of space in the fridge and freezer. The water and ice on the door is very minimalist which is greatly appreciated. The 3 bins being waist and stomach height is very nice so you don’t have to constantly bend down for fruits and vegetables. We really only have three cons with the fridge and they are small. One, it doesn’t have the classic dairy/butter compartment that many others have. Two, sometimes a nearly full sized ice cube comes out with the crushed ice. Three, the shelves on the door are not adjustable. They have plenty of space but if you’re someone who wants to have things at a specific height this might bother you. Other than these 3 small things it’s a really great refrigerator and if you are stuck with a 33inch space for a fridge it’s a great selection.

Love the French door- so much open space inside. I didn’t think I need ice & water on outside & ice inside but really appreciate both. Bottom freezer soo handy! Thanks, Best Buy & LG

I absolutely love my LG French Door Refrigerator. There is so much room in it! The water that comes from the water dispenser is the best I've ever tasted. I no longer have need to purchase bottle water. The stainless steel exterior is resistant to finger prints and the refrigerator looks clean and spotless at all times. I'm so happy with this purchase.

The button mechanism for the ice/water dispenser is really hard to use. For some reason, the right hand door always has a hard time closing. Otherwise it works fine.

Delivery was on time. Delivery people were great. Freezer compartment set at -7 to get it to go down to 0 . Issue with gift card reward after 1/2 dozen calls and a lot of time on phone just gave up trying

Fridge was delivered with a significant dent. Multiple calls to customer service, zero resolution.

I thoroughly enjoy this refrigerator! It is rare to find a 33-inch model with an ice maker and water dispenser, and this model has not disappointed. Spacious, elegant, and great features in the LG ThingQ app. Highly recommended!

Very spacious for the size. So far everything is working great!

After our existing fridge decided to quit cooling properly we were on the hunt for a French door fridge with ice and water dispensers in the door. Our issue was that due to cabinet placement we needed one less than the standard 36” width. Options at this width are somewhat limited but thankfully after careful research we found this model and it met our needs perfectly. At 33” wide it’s surprising how much extra space we have now. Has everything we need in a fridge, works as designed and looks good.

Love it! Makes tons of Ice and there is a lot of space. Considering the size we had to ffit this fridge in we had limited options. So excited to see the MAX 24.5 cu Ft. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

We like the configuration of frig with double doors on top and freezer drawer on the bottom. We like the new feature (since our last LG frig) that ice gets made right into the bin in the freezer. We also are very glad they improved the water and ice dispenser on the door. We're relieved that the outside dimensions are the same and fit our custom space. Our only miss from our previous freig is the lack of a butter space on the door. We hooe that their compressor lasts longer than our last one (9 years).

We are really happy with the LG refrigerator that we recently purchased. We appreciate the ability to monitor the refrigerator temperature, ice making and power usage through the LG app on our phones. There are more features with the app that we have not yet explored. The doors swing open and close easily and the interior space is ample. So far, we are really impressed. By the way, the delivery crew was outstanding.

Very happy so far with this purchase, plenty of room inside, like the wide door shelves and the inside drawer for snacks/deli items. Freezer has a nice capacity and I like the extra ice drawer

Love the looks and all the room this fridge has to offer. Love the ice from the door then you can also have ice in the bottom freezer drawer if need it for a cooler or something else

This fridge is larger than our previous one and still has ice and water in the door. I love the space maker ice in the door is smaller leaving more room in the fridge. There is an additional ice maker in the freezer which is great if you need more space or turn it off for more freezer space. Wish it came in white.
