We love our new LG refrigerator. The instaview knock knock door has been great for the kids along with the middle drawer that can convert from fridge to freezer space has been a game changer in our household! Would highly recommend. Great overall space and design. Only minor item I wish was different was wish the door buckets were larger. Otherwise no complaints!

Refrigerator is large inside and lighting is great to see everything in the fridge. Extra drawer is a great add and I just love the LED color option on the front door!

I love my new fridge!!! I have more cubic ft and it fits in the same location. I absolutely love the glass door and being able to access what’s in those door bins without having to open the door completely. I have all my condiments at the ready and easily accessible. You can also change the light colors on the door. My delivery guys Nelson and Junior were amazing! They were careful bringing it in my home and were efficient setting it set up. They explained a lot about the fridge to me, leveled the doors, made sure the middle drawer was set to my temp liking and gave me some additional tips. Great deal, great fridge!!!

The design is sleek, the storage is well thought out, and the smart features make it super convenient. Keeps everything fresh and organized. Only thing I wish it had is the craft ice option — that would make it perfect.

It is larger than my previous unit which happen to be a lg also. I’ve had to have my cabinets adjusted. Because of the measurement change. BOOMER!! I haven’t had the product long enough to tell about it performance. The shelves don’t accommodate large items no room for adjustment. not good!

I deeply regret buying this refrigerator from Best Buy. It’s been over two weeks of pure frustration, and I’m still stuck with installation issues and misaligned doors. The nightmare started with an incomplete delivery. The rescheduled visit was no better — the technician arrived clueless, cancelled on the spot, and left the issue unresolved. Every step since then has been a cycle of delays, cancellations, and zero accountability. This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Best Buy clearly doesn’t care about their customers once the sale is made. I would never purchase from them again, and I strongly warn others to stay away from buying appliances here unless you want endless headaches and wasted time. Best Buy has proven to be truly pathetic in both service and responsibility.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Refrigerator (LF29S8365S) model. We understand how important it is for your appliance to be delivered and installed correctly, especially when it comes to door alignment and setup. For a possible solution to the misaligned doors, you can try adjusting the hinges. Most LG refrigerators have adjustable hinges that allow you to raise or lower the doors to ensure they are level and properly aligned. I really wanted to love this fridge, but I just don't. FIRST AND FOREMOST: Whomever designed this did not have children. The amount of fingerprints on the glass that has to be cleaned daily with glass cleaner is downright infuriating. SECOND: It does not offer a lot of storage, i.e. as a family of 5 I can't even put a gallon or half gallon of ANYTHING in the fridge (or even any large container of let's say - soy sauce, ketchup, you name it). If it doesn't fit in the door, without removing the small amount of shelving it has, it has to be laid down. Yes we have a garage fridge, but I can hardly store our BASIC needs in here. My one positive comments is the craft ice. That is cool. My kids absolutely love the large ice balls for their waters and we love them for specialty cocktails. I would recommend this fridge ONLY for adults without children. Note that it was difficult to take a photo of the fingerprints, however, this was cleaned last night and it's the morning. It is a losing battle.

One could say that the majority of refrigerator/freezers are very similar form a functionality standpoint. I would agree with that premise. However, I was looking for some very specific features that I highly value. They are as follows: Large amount of storage space (Cubic Feet) French Doors See thru panel Door (LG's "Instaview") Door-in-Door (separate door panel for quick access) Ice and Water access without having to open a door Pockets in lieu of Handles (cleaner/slimmer look) Full Convert Drawer Separate Ice Bin in Freezer (Dual Ice) This LG Fridge check all of those boxes. As an added bonus, it provides a user programable color function for see thru Instaview glass door, which is an aesthetically pleasing feature). The really nice thing about the convert drawer is that you do not have to open both French doors to access the space (like one would have to do if a full width drawer is included within the main compartment in lieu of a separate drawer). Plus, it can set to be used as refrigerated OR freezer space. It should be noted that generally speaking, drawers (in lieu of doors) "rob" space from the overall cubic feet of storage. Similarly, counter depth units offer less CF than standard depth units. And, one would be hard pressed to find all of these features in a counter depth unit. Having pockets in lieu of handles helps to keep this unit slimmer than regular standard depth units. Not as slim as counter depth, but a nice compromise that has lots of storage space (28.6 CF). The only thing this fridges lacks is that the separate ice bin in the freezer is NOT Craft Ice. Other than that - it is still a solid "10" in my book. Spoiler Alert: LG makes an almost identical Refrigerator that is exclusive to Home Depot. We know because we own that unit too. It DOES have Craft Ice as the secondary ice option. If that's what one desires, it's a little bit more expensive, but it can be had.

Great fridge and perfect for my family of 5! Love the large capacity and flex drawer. No complaints and double ice maker is a huge plus. The kids enjoy the lights too!

I love the features on this fridge. We used the convertible drawer for cheeses and snacks for a few months, then decided to use it for ice cream bars. The converted to freezer space seamlessly. The bottom freezer drawer makes a bucket of ice for big cups, or we can use the dispenser. The lighting is pretty cool, but something I could do without. I do like the easy access door to reach items we need often.

We recently upgraded to an LG refrigerator, and overall, it has been a great addition to our home. Pros: • Design & Space: The fridge is sleek and modern, with plenty of room inside. The shelves are adjustable, which makes it easy to store large pots and tall bottles. • Cooling Performance: Food stays consistently fresh, and the cooling is even throughout both the fridge and freezer compartments. • Smart Features: The smart inverter compressor is quiet and energy-efficient, and the Wi-Fi connectivity is a nice bonus for monitoring settings remotely. • Convenience: The water and ice dispenser works smoothly, and the door-in-door design is handy for grabbing frequently used items quickly. Cons: • Price: It’s a bit on the expensive side compared to similar models. • Ice Maker Capacity: The ice bin is on the smaller side, so if you entertain often, you may find yourself running out. • Fingerprint Marks: The stainless-steel finish looks beautiful but shows smudges easily, so it needs regular wiping.

Works great and plenty of room. Having the secondary ice maker is great for gatherings.

So far it has been a very good choice. It is spacious and can fit all groceries. The middle drawer can act as an additional freezer is a nice touch. The ability to get to items without opening the entire door is convenient. I wished the tinted glass was darker. The water dispenser is great but comes out too forcefully and does not give a measurable indication like our other fridge.

I have the same size frig in another brand that I'm replacing this one, the LG clearly have a lot more space not including the space on the lighted door. When you just wants some to drink the lighted door is so convenient. And when you want some cold cut the middle draw does the job I'm glad I did my research and purchase this one.

I just received my LG refrigerator. I thought I wouldn’t like it with no handles but I was wrong it’s kinda nice. The only thing I wish the programmable door light could be programmed for a longer period. But I do like the dual ice makers. Recommend this refrigerator

Our new refrigerator works great, it's spacious and has great features, the best being the door that opens up for access to the shelves.

We are very pleased with the amount of space we have in the refrigerator. The middle compartment is a plus and works well for us. The lighting on the door is a fun feature. One of the shelves could have been a little taller so bottles could be placed upright.
