Great refrigerator. It’s very well organized. Everything is easy to see inside, and the peek a boo door is awesome! The only thing we wish we could figure out, is how to make the water colder in the dispenser. It seems lukewarm.

We have been quite pleased with this fridge so far. We like that we can access our most used items with having to open the entire fridge up. There isnplenty of space and the counter depth looks great in our kitchen. I wish the extra drawers in the freezer opened fully...it seems that they open 3/4 of the way by design.

Love this refrigerator kids can just grab their milk and drinks from the front. Without going inside refrigerator every second. Love the water dispenser fast easy. Also love the huge frozen ice balls for cocktails

Love the door in door. It is so convenient to use for a quick bottle of water or some butter for cooking. It seems to have more room or better organized than our last counter depth refrigerator. The inside gray is very nice. Happy with this purchase. 3 different sizes of ice is a bonus.

This is such a great refrigerator. Love the counter depth look. Still gives you plenty of storeage inside. The door in door is awesome for grabbing stuff you use alot and not having to open both doors. The tap on the glass is pretty gimmicky and wouldnt care if it had that feature. The stainless smudge proof finish is sooo great. Not to mention the stainless looks so shiny and high end. Never had such a great looking stainless appliance. The Craft ice is great. I do the clear ones and save them in a bag in freezer. That way I can make extra ice in the top and store it in the bottom. The extra tray in the freezer is so nice for organizing the freezer and not losing stuff in the bottom bin. LG you have definitely impressed me. I replace 2 year old Samsung with this beauty! I love it!

Looked at fridges for months...saw this one with the gray interior...Craft ice and regular ice maker, small windowed door for typical items you use everyday. Bottom freezer. Replaced our old side by side fridge...we are finding that this is far superior then the one we bought 18 yrs ago...the key is bottom freezer...you can get so much more organized with frozen foods then a cramped side by side fridge...we love it so far! We were lucky to get the floor model when the newer model replaced it...so it was way cheaper.

Read a lots of bad review saying no LG fridge due to all sort of issues within couple months of usage. But we still went with it since the bad reviews are proportionally less than the traditional better brands. It turns out a good buy, and honestly, we're glad we made the right choice! We have it for almost 3 months, it is ultra quiet compares to an old GE fridge we had before, and we did not have any problem with freezer and drawer temperature, which were the top issues from those bad reviews . The STUDIO design looks elegant, and the InstaView and craft ice features become the spot light of the house when friends and family came over. The only low light on this fridge would be the freezer drawer, which is not easy to find food underneath; but I guess this is the common issue for french door fridge. Also, BestBuy's delivery service is 5 stars that the crew is polite and very careful with our new carpet and wood floor.

After having a counter-depth, side-by-side, I was not keen to go to the French door, freeze-drawer format; could not find side-by-side that offered as much cu.ft. space, so purchased this one. Have been pleasantly surprised at the space in the refrigerator section and it seems to be relatively easy to keep organized. I like the InstaView door for often-accessed items. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and find it generally functional. The negative - The freezer has two shallow and one deep drawer - would be better if the 2 shallow ones were deeper and bottom drawer less deep. Things tend to disappear in the bottom of the lower freezer drawer and you have to dig to find items piled on top of each other. The chime that sounds if refrigerator door is open for a few seconds too long is very annoying; wish there was a way to silence it! I appreciate that there are two icemakers - ice produced for the dispenser is smaller than generally found, while the "Craft Ice" is quite large (production of "Craft" Ice is very slow and limited).

We love it - perfect sized for our counter-depth space but still has a large refrigerator space that easily fits our needs. The craft ice maker works well and the unit is very quiet. The lights are fun and the view window is helpful. So far so good!

We have had this product for a month and love the door in door for its easy access to items we use all the time. The shelves are easily re-positioned inside the fridge and on the door in door. The craft ice is also a nice feature. They do go “clunk” when they drop into the bin, so warn anyone easily startled.

The refrigerator is excellent. I really like the features especially the craft ice. I didn't think the door in door feature would be that big of a deal but I have found it very useful an easy to use. The space I have the refrigerator in is tight, but having the door in door make it easy to get to things I need often without opening the doors.

Door in door is a nice feature. Love the craft ice. Did need a replacement door cove maker. LG had a challenge getting a vendor to come out, but resolved when they did. Door ice bin is smaller than our last unit. Only drawback so far.

We love our LG Studio fridge! Especially the craft ice cubes. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because our craft ice maker stopped working. Luckily Studio has a 2 year warranty and our fridge is only 1.5 years old. When I called LG they kept telling me it only had a 1 year warranty. I finally sent an email and they scheduled a tech the next week. He fixed the issue in 5 min! He replaced the main ice cube unit. It's a known problem with this fridge. The gears on the ice cube maker get stripped over time. We will more than likely have to replace it in the future too. Bummer! The newer model of this fridge is supposed to have that defect fixed.

We love this refrigerator. You will be surprised by how much room there is inside. The craft ice is amazing and of course the reach in door saves a lot of energy.

Like the frig. Especially the special I’ve maker and the door on front that you can get to stuff without opening the whole door.

Had the fridge a little over a month now. So far, all is well. We really like the dual ice makers, the craft ice and a great for cocktails. Only slight disappointment is the paddle used to dispense ice and water through the door scuffs easily from normal use. It is a plastic part that is covered in a stainless metal finish, might be better with a different type of coating. Otherwise, it has a nice upscale finish, platinum interior is a nice look. Has plenty of usable interior space for our family of four.

I'm surprised at how much the family likes this fridge. Top features: (1) the french door mechanism works quite well and makes access easy, (2) the window into the quick access front section is great... knocking twice to turn on the light is just a great extra, and (3) the craft icemaker makes great "ice balls," especially in 3/day mode. The look and feel of this studio model is great. The steel and titanium look is great. Overall it has a quality feel. Only mild niggle: the main icemaker makes a bit more noise than I'm used to.

This refrigerator is awesome print proof my wife loves it all my friends love the craft ice the wifi and app connections work great just wish i would get notified sooner than 10minutes that the door is open other than that great product also best buy the way togo the Delivery was professional i love the interior dark grey and stainless look now hopefully it will last...
