I’ve been using the LG UltraGear 27" QHD 240Hz monitor extensively., and it’s easily one of the best displays I’ve ever owned. The 240Hz refresh rate combined with 1ms response time delivers unbelievably smooth gameplay, no ghosting, no lag. Colors are vivid and accurate straight out of the box, and G-SYNC/FreeSync compatibility keeps frames buttery smooth whether I’m gaming or working on creative projects. The stand feels solid and adjustable, and the QHD resolution hits the sweet spot between sharpness and performance. Highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a competitive edge or a premium experience.

Excellent monitor for 1440p Gaming! I’ve used this to play games from RDR2 to Rainbow Six Siege and Battlefield. Everything looks amazing and feels great with the high refresh rate, just make sure your GPU can actually put out the right amount of frames. My only gripe is that the USB is not natively powered, you have to buy an upstream USB and sacrifice a port on your computer. The Photos unfortunately don’t really do it any justice.

I like that the monitor shuts off automatically after i turn off my pc. Its worth spending the extra money on a monitor so you can at least play in 1440p. It doesnt have speakers.

A bit timid at first, but overall satisfaction. Tested in blur busters with very little ghosting & great GtG response time. (1ms) . Buttery smooth 240hz with great brightness & color. The hp omen 240hz had very noticeable ghosting in comparison.

gaming became instantly better. Once I loaded up a game it was constant frames, no tears and no stutters, highly recommend if you’re wanting a good monitor to play on PC or Console although it’s overkill for console since it’s capped out to 120hz but still worth it imo, even when I watch movies or YouTube it’s still so smooth. I have no eye strains now since I switched from TV to monitor I’ve noticed on my free time I end up getting lost in time and playing for hours on end especially on weekends because it feels like I’m actually in the game. I love how you can tilt the monitor downward or upward you can also pivot it and adjust the height, sometimes I stand up to play the game when it’s too intense so it’s amazing how I can move up the monitor to eye level. I also love how simple the back is it isn’t so complicated with the hdmi placements.

After almost two years of use, this monitor still looks as bright and captivating as it did on the first day. The colors are incredible for a non-OLED display, and it performs great for both gaming and everyday productivity.

This is a perfect monitor for gaming. In my opinion anyway. You get 240 Hertz refresh rate on a 1440p screen I mean yeah lol. I got an open box version and I picked it up from the Clearwater Florida location and it didn't come with a box but it was in absolutely perfect shape and works just fine. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The LG UltraGear 240Hz 1440p monitor offers a commendable gaming experience with its vibrant colors, smooth refresh rate, and compatibility with next-gen GPUs. One of its notable features is its color accuracy, making games like The Last of Us and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare look immersive and true to life. Whether you're gaming or doing professional work, the colors remain rich and vivid. The 240Hz refresh rate ensures smooth gameplay, reducing motion blur and ghosting in fast-paced titles like CS:GO, Valorant, and Fortnite. It provides the responsiveness needed for competitive gaming, allowing players to react quickly to in-game actions. To maximize its potential, pairing it with a next-gen GPU like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 or a newer model is recommended. This ensures consistent performance at the monitor's maximum refresh rate across various games. In conclusion, the LG UltraGear 240Hz 1440p monitor is a reliable choice for gamers seeking a smooth gaming experience and accurate colors. While it may require a next-gen GPU for optimal performance, its features make it a worthwhile investment for gaming enthusiasts

I bought this monitor open-box, came in great condition. I love the tiltable monitor stand, and the adjustable height is great. The bad thing about it is the color filters and modes, all of them look dull and aren't vibrant.

Excellent monitor over my previous one. The image quality compared to 1080p is actually crazy when you compare them side to side. I genuinely don’t know how I played on 1080p up until this point.

From a casual to midrange game and entertainment use standpoint, I have no issues and enjoy using this monitor. 27 inches seems to be the sweet spot in terms of size. the colors are vibrant with lots of customization. My one personal gripe are the legs though. Be sure to plan ahead if you have minimal desk space as the legs protrude too much to my mouse and keyboard area which is why I have a book elevating the monitor. This could however be fixed with a monitor stand but with the monitor alone, I have that issue.

Beautiful monitor, great for the price. This is my first 1440p monitor and it’s not disappointing at all. Display customization is also super useful if you’re trying to run a dual monitor setup with a completely different monitor like I am
