Still going strong after I purchased this case 4 years ago and it’s still protecting my iPad Air from dust, liquids and many harsh drops outside!

best case on the market! it protects all my ipads in my fleet. In 2 years i have not had a broken ipad. it is lightweight, thin, and most of all keeps out the dust and water. Best customer service company provides lifetime warranty as well. huge bonus!

Great product. You will feel that your ipad is protected at all time. Easy installation and give you a better grip when using your device. What is not so good, they sell the front cover separatly. It will add another fourty dollars to spend.

I recently purchased a Best Buy Deal of the Day iPad air. I wanted a nice case or cover to protect my new investment. I immediately thought of LifeProof. I was able to get this case on clearance for about half price it normally goes for. Case looks great. It feels great when held both when using it and when carrying it around. Can charge and use headphones with no problem. Power, volume, home and silent buttons/switch all work normally. I don't think I would have purchased this product at full price. Too expensive for my budget. Guess they are trying to get rid of the white/gray one as the black model was still full price.

I have a had a Life Proof case for my last two iPhones, so I had no hesitation ordering this case and was thrilled to find it on sale. It fits well over my iPad Air and I did not have to remove the Zagg screen protector, which I was reluctant to do, in order for the touch screen to work. It is fairly lightweight, and does not make the iPad awkward to use. The buttons work well, although you have to give an extra push to get the Home button to respond. The protection is great. However, the case shows air bubbles in the screen, which I cannot get rid of. On my iPhone, the air bubbles can be pretty much removed, but not here. This does not affect the use for which the case was designed, but is annoying to me for a strictly aesthetic purpose. Thus the 4 stars.

This is a great case. My family has numerous apple products and they are all covered with Lifeproof cases. This is by far the best case on the market. It's light, comfortable grip, and easy to see

I use these on most of my tablets both past and probably future. It pushes the line of clunky and functionality. ...and worth every contradicting design element. It works. The clunky is functional due to the o-ring that resides along the inner border. Modern materials allow for drop protection without the clunk. This is weatherproof. The clunk has purpose. "But really, is it weatherproof?" I live in michigan. I'm outside very often. So is my iPad. 12 months a year. Yep. Rain, dust, grime, dirt, sand, and yes, SNOW. Lots of it. "Then why only on your tablets and not your phone?" It's waterproof. The material used to seal off the speaker ports cause havoc on your audio. It doesn't care if audio wants in or out of the device, it's going to suffer. Can you hear me now? "But why?" It's waterproof... The built in screen protector is capable of letting the cat play the feline series of games within the app store. If it survives cat claws, it will survive your keys, pocket knife, stationary, phone collisions within the bag/pack/satchel you may be using to tote your materialistic goods. "What about the accessibility of the ports and such?" Headphone jack is still deeply recessed. Mute switch design still sucks and fails most times and still causes fear of damage to device. Lightning port accesibility is fully compatible with nothing except factory cables.

It's a good case as far as protection is concerned. It is a little bulky, but if you are looking for something that is shock-proof and waterproof (fortunately I haven't tested that part yet) this is a good option.

I have been a fan of the Lifeproof Case since It was released for the iPhone 4. This case is almost bomb proof. I work as a Police Officer in Alaska and this case protects my cell phones and my tables from the hard environment. It has been dropped in the rain and snow. It has beed through multiple resisting arrest abuse's. The only thing it has not been through is being run over by a car. I do not want to test that one. However if the headphone plug is not used that it is not water proof. Ask my five year old son who was watching Netflix in the bath tub about that one. One iPad Mini in the trash can. The headphone plug cover is the week link for this cover.

Put on a LifeProof case and forget about it. It will add some bulk and it can be inconvenient when charging or using headphones, but for the level of protection it provides it's worth the inconvenience. If you're going to pay the premium for an Apple product you might as well protect it. With a LifeProof case your investment should last you years longer than non-protected items. Or, if you are one of those who upgrades with each new generation a LifeProof will almost guarantee your first investment is in mint-condition when the time comes to sell it / trade it in.

Sure, it's slightly bulky, but when you have toddlers playing with your iPad it's critical to opt on the cautious and slightly bulky side instead of dealing with replacing a $800 electronic device! Goes on easily... doesn't come apart as easily so make sure the screen is cleaned to perfection before putting the case on. It already gloriously survived some accidental spills. Would purchase this investment again in a heartbeat!

This case was purchased to protect my son's iPad from himself. He's only 3 but with speech delays he needed an iPad to run an app to help him communicate with the outside world. Knowing he will likely drop, drip, dump and otherwise damage this new purchase, we are given peace of mind with this very protective case. Best Buy matched the online price of a competitor making it almost half off. Thanks BB!

This LifeProof case is the best thing I could have purchased for the Apple iPad Air! The case lends to a better grip when using the tablet. Without it, it's thin and slippery. Not to mention the durability and reassurance of protection in any condition. Definitely a great product that I would recommend to anyone! Worth the money for peace of mind in protection,

This has been a great case. I really like the screen protection; you can see the cover when the screen is off, but once the screen is on it looks normal and doesn't effect the touchability of the screen at all. The only thing that causes it to loose a star is the hole for the headphone jack doesn't work with my good headphones, because they have an L shaped plug.

The case is nice and sleek to prevent the iPad from appearing bulkier than it is. The one draw back is there is not any stand to tilt the iPad up when reading or typing. I find myself stacking items under the edge to provide a slant so I am able to complete work on the iPad.

I don't usually like cases on my phone or tablet. I buy light weight devices and don't like bulky. I recently put a pool in my backyard and thought I better get a water-resistant case. I use the iPad to play/stream music. So far the case seems fine....still bulky though! I have not submersed my iPad...yet!

My hubby purchased this case for his iPad. It fits very well, it provides excellent protection, and it doesn't hinder the use of the iPad in any way. He's very happy with this purchase and would recommend the Lifeproof case to anyone who has an iPad.

Great case that provides great protection and not too bulky. My only complaint is that removing the charge cord is tricky. The cover for the charge port is in the way and its a tight fit for my fingers.

I have one of these for my phone and I figured it would be great for my IPad!!! It's great protection for my device! The only problem I have is turning it on and off and the volume control!
