Lifeproof is known for two things...well execution of waterproof cases, and issues with sound quality from speakers after installing. This does both just as well as all of my previous Lifeproof cases. This does not offer screen protection so you have to know these and one more thing going in to the purchase, that it will not work with any screen protector. This is both great and bad; you can't protect your screen and you will get a better touch screen experience overall since you are touching glass as designed. Loss of a star for not including the headphone adapter for the headphone port, but if it did I would definitely give it 5* overall.

I bought this cover for my 7 year old son and he loves it. It really protects the ipad mini and gives me peace of mind that no matter what the ipad wil be ok. The strap is a plus. My kid puts it around his neck and walks around with hands free when he needs to do something without missplacing the ipad. The only negative thing I noticed is that the button that covers the power is to hard for them to press. Other than that this cover is perfect!

This case is fantastic if you are on the go! I take this case to my workplace which is not the friendliest to my iPad. I've dropped it, spilled things on it, etc. and the device is safe. Lightweight, secure and easy to use. Highly recommend.

Bought so I could take my iPad to the beach. Was very easy to install. Getting iPad splashed with water did not harm iPad at all. Love my new lifeproof cover.

This offers great protection for you’re iPad mini..and it doesn’t add much weight..it’s a must buy

I was told that this would fit my ipad by a rep at the store and he ordered it for me. Needless to say that it does not so I cant really review it.

I have 3 kids with one of them being 2 years old. Everything gets thrown at some point so when I bought an iPad mini I knew I had to get something good to protect it. I have the same case for my phone and it has been through the storm and still in great condition. I've had the iPad about 2 weeks now with the case and it has been great! I did buy a screen protector as extra protection though.

Got this item at a great price. It is for a mini that we got my 7-yo niece. She is pretty hyper and runs around her house recklessly so I figured she needed something tough. Minor gripe she has trouble pushing the volume buttons covered by the case. Says she has to press really hard .

My Grand Nephew just turned a year old and loves the iPad, with the life proof case, we can just let him carry it and play on it all he wants with no damage !

We have "upgraded" our iPads with the Nuud and have been pleased. Clear screen, but still waterproof.

It's great. Very lightweight. Just wish there was a screen protector on it.
