2024 , a concept album from Lin-Manuel Miranda and co-writer Eisa Davis inspired by the 1979 film The Warriors. The album was executive produced by Grammy-winning rapper Nas and produced by Grammy-winning musician Mike Elizondo. The album follows a New York City gang that must travel across the city after being framed for the murder of Cyrus, a respected rival gang leader. The album is a mix of legendary artists like Lauryn Hill and Busta Rhymes, Broadway people like Phillipa Soo and Amber Gray, Kim Dracula (who plays the villainous Luther) and Julia Harriman who sings the role of Mercy.
