I don't like hybrid but the price was right. The springs are not individually wrapped so you will hear some noises while crawling in bed. You will feel movement if someone rolls but our sleep hasnt been disturbed by it. It is firm with some nice foam on top. Package (box) was raggedy but the compressing packaging was intact. its large so can see why.. no problems so far had it for about a month.
