I cannot believe that these are better than a pair of expensive hearing aids I bought for my mom. She said the sound is very clear. The other ones she has are noisy. Easy setup process and helps with hearing. I think these are a good value for what you are getting. I like them because they look like regular air pods but allow me to hear conversations and the tv better than before. You can set up a hearing aid like test through the app. I have an Apple iPhone. The app was easy to find and download. I did not realize before I bought them that you don't have to use both at the same time. I can also use them to listen to music through my phone or answer calls. I have not tried to mess with the different modes but will look into it.

Was not expecting much after trying many different OTC hearing aid devices, including the $3,000 Eargo's. But after setting these up with my phone and being able to listen to music without issues at low volumes and hear my coworkers talking without having to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times I was surprised! Now am looking at buying another set just to have them on my PC for when gaming. I've been with hearing issues for past 7-8yrs and was to the point of not wanting to socialize with people as I couldn't understand what they were saying most of the time. I feel like with these I'll have the confidence to socialize a bit more. Will hope they last. Music sounds great, not the best but if you ever use OTC HA you know they are not meant for deep base and full stereo sound adjustments need to be made but I do enjoy listening to music with them as well. As far as the Hearing Aid aspect goes though, they pick up every sound and the best thing is it doesn't sound harsh, I tried the eargos before and whenever there was a high pitch or even crumbling up a paper they would sound very harsh, these don't do that and are super comfortable in the ear. All in all am happy to be able to hear once again thanks to this device!
