A: You can disassemble it without the tool.

A: It's 4 ft high so there's plenty of room to grow.

A: I disassembled our little playhouse just now without the included plastic tool. I only took the walls and roof apart so I could bring it inside…but if you want to completely disassemble the house, you will need a screw driver. Very easy, only took about 5 minutes.
