Disclosure: I have not yet tried using the Bluetooth on this helmet yet... The lights are a big plus, and help for others to see you. The signal light function also works. I was worried the "large" size wouldn't be big enough, I'm about 6 feet tall. But, it does fit great; and, I can even wear this helmet on-top of a hat -- still fits. The controls on the wireless remote are pretty simple to use. Though more $$ than some of the other models, mainly because of the Bluetooth and speakers; it's still a good value. Another reason I got this helmet, it's well ventilated. In the summer it gets really hot where I am; ventilation was one of my primary concerns. I can't tell you have successful the helmet is at preventing injury. I haven't crashed yet... I hope to try the Bluetooth soon, so I can play music; but the battery life is more of a concern -- so I'm not really planning on using the Bluetooth a lot. Overall, though I paid a premium for features I may not even use that much; this helmet is well ventilated and easy to use -- so I'm a happy customer.
