A: We noticed the same thing. We went to Amazon and bought a very respectable case for 1/2 the price. Just make sure you specify Lively or Lively 2. They are not interchangeable.
A: Cost is $149.99. Makers of the Jitterbug phones. Great Call now Lively. You choose your plan that fits your needs. Not available at all stores. To my knowledge no other case choices as of this date except the clear cases. No other colors as yet. I have been with Great Call now Lively for 13 years. Started out with their flip phones and now have had the Smart phones. All of these phones have worked well for me. I always love upgrading when they have new phones. Very good phones for Seniors. I am 83 years old. Hope these answers will help you.
A: If the case pictured is the one you ordered yes it will fit. I am finding that nothing from the smart 2 fits even the charger.
Q: For which smart phone is this case? (Smart2 or Smart3?)
A: 3 don't buy it though. Look for the Alcatel case that the phone actually is or get one of those small purses to put it around your loved ones neck.

A: For that kind of protection you would need an outer protective case. So far I had no problem with the keys being touched because I close the phone before I put it away in my purse.
A: I did have a pink shell protector put on in the store at the time I bought the Lively Jitterbug, and that is good. But I am also looking for a cover case that closes and opens with a button or a magnet so that when I put the phone in my purse it does not get scratched anywhere. And that kind of case I have not found yet, The Lively Jitterbug is a little larger than the average cell phone, and that is now a problem, for I not find the case I am looking for. I have compared the size of my Lively Jitterbug and the outer cases they have,, and theirs is indeed smaller than mine. See, that is the problem. I do not know if Lively Jitterbug has produced a case that fits over the hard shell case. I have not found it yet, though I like to find it someday soon.
A: Honesty NO. NO ONE WITH DEMENTIA IS GONNA HAVE AN EASY TIME WITH ANY SMART PHONE. JUST GET HIM A CHEAP FLIP PHONE. THE JITTERBUG PHONES ARE A JOKE AND THEY TELL YOU THE SERVICE IS CHEAP, NOPE. WITHIN A WEEK I WAS CHARGED ABOUT 40$ TO ACTIVATE AND THEN ABOUT A WEEK LATER WAS CHARGED ANOTHER 59$ FOR SERVICES AND MY MOM HATES IT.
