It does what a hard case is intended to do--protects this phone from damage due to dropping and/or general banging around. It snaps tightly into place, and fits smartly--hasn't fallen off. I like that it's clear plastic, so the phone color shows through. Expect this to get a lot of use.

I bought this for my mom's phone. It fits perfectly, with just enough give to be able to take off to clean the inside periodically without too much strain. I like that it's clear, as this enables me to put information inside the case her phone as opposed to taping to the outside of the case.

I had a few problems with the phone. I bought it brand new. My answering service would not work. I had to call in 5or 6 times till it was fixed. And the wearable that came with my phone someone at Best Buy store opened the box and took the new one out and put a used wearable in the box. Then I had to burn my gas to take it back. No the wearable is not any good, it's not working. That is just a few of the things that has happened to me with this phone.
