This is strictly a BYOB SIM card. It will work if you put it in your OWN phone that is NOT a Lively phone. Not even an open box or refurbished Lively phone. Because what will happen if you call Lively trying to activate the account associated with this SIM is they will tell you to put the original SIM back in the phone - again, even if it is open box - and they will sell you a brand new plan. They will insist on it. If you have to talk to a live Lively agent you are in for hard sales tactics, I'm telling you right now. The only reason to get this SIM card is if you are planning to put it in your own non-Lively phone. It is misleading of this site to put this thing out as something you might need with an open box or refurbished Lively phone. You simply don't.

Very bad experiance with this card. 1) I have to give a credit card just to activate this prepaid card. I have never heard that I need a credit card to activate a prepaid card. 2) I have to sign up with a post paid plan even if this is a prepaid card. This post paid plan is supposed to be activated after the expiry of this prepaid plan. But they already charged me close to $5 on 1st month. This prepaid plan is a scam. Stay away from this prepaid card.

Good product but need to explain the purchase item by your team. When i came to the store no one stop to ask me what i want just walk way.
