Functional, but bulky and unreliable. Unfortunately the keyboard is too heavy to keep it connected, causing it to easily disconnect/fall off. When it falls, it's fragile, and the first time this happened to mine the touchpad shattered. I have an MS surface and I expected a comparable keyboard connection. This isn't the case--I'd estimate the Surface's keyboard connection to be about 3x stronger than that for this Logitech product.

I wanted to love this case. It was awesome to be able to type and use touchpad, but there were 2 things that really made this case not work. First off all case is flimsy to me, only usable on a sturdy table. 2nd was the fact that it turns on my screen all the time and opens up apps when it is closed. I had it setting on my desk closed and Bluetooth earpiece in, (which I have connected to my phone too) and all of a sudden a YouTube video will start playing on my iPad. Every time I open the case a different app seems to be open and it runs down my battery.

I am so mad I bought this because I thought it was of good quality, but in less than 1 month 3 keys came out, and I can't even return for a new one. It is very expensive for the keys to come loose so fast.

Purchased this because customer care said it was the correct size for my iPad. Case fits, but the camera does not line up at all. More importantly, the keyboard cuts out irritatingly, requiring you to disconnect and let it 'reset' at first, but now just does not work at all. Really disappointed that after 4 months it's already done, of course just past the warranty. For $150 I'd expect better performance than an alternative you can get for $30 on Amazon.

It hasn't even been a year since I bought this case and it completely fell apart and cracked. Because its detachable it would constantly fall apart and not stay which made it break. Im very disappointed because I expected it to last for at least a year and it didn't even do that.

I would not recommend this keyboard if you're like me and would like to fold the keyboard over and use the iPad. The keyboard separates very easily amd really only good for tabletop users.

My first one didn't work well as the back lit keyboard did not work. Logitech did replace the first Combo Touch Keyboard with a new one after I had to jump through several "hoops" to make sure I did have one that didn't work. The second keyboard has now stopped working. The Backlighting does not work. I am reluctant to ask Logitech for a third Keyboard so I am using it without backlighting.

It’s ok. Would never suggest anyone to purchase. The keyboard always comes unattached. It’s difficult to know which side to open when you’re trying to open it the right side up. I don’t like that you can’t rotate which side the iPad is laying on while using the stand to hold it up. It doesn’t raise the iPad up far enough for a decent view either.

Hi Amanda, sorry to see you're unsatisfied with the design of the Combo Touch Keyboard Case. Unfortunately, Logitech doesn't have anything that I could recommend as an alternative to give you what you're looking for. The only way to achieve that will be with something like a universal tablet case. But those are usually one size fits all and have to be charged separately unlike the Combo Touch which is specifically made for and powered by the iPad. Hope that helps.

I bought this along with my iPad—I wanted to protect my tablet, make typing documents easier, and be able to “draw” on my iPad. Unfortunately this did NOT come with the stylist that is in the photo of the product. I was HIGHLY disappointed as the product details did NOT say “stylist not included.”

You have to take the keyboard off every time you want to use it just as a tablet. It doesnt fold back or behind. Its completely impractical! Returned!

This product comes apart very easily so that the keyboard is not connected to the part that holds up the ipad. :( very disappointed that I cannot return it as I just opened it this week.

We still have not figured out how to get the backlight feature to work, and the app they tell you to download does nothing other than give you a page with the name of the app and keyboard. It lets you do nothing relative to controlling the keyboard or its operation.

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are unable to get the back lighting to work. The keys to adjust the backlighting are on the top row, and they are number 6 & 7 from the left. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.
