I have always had good luck with Logitech and Best Buy only has 1 joystick to choose from. But they picked a good one. I started playing Elite: Dangerous and wanted a HOTAS setup again but wasn't going to order a Saitek X52 or X55. I had 1 before and I would lose button use month after month until it died. The throttle on the Logitech is ok but I wanted a better throttle in my left hand with buttons so I bought a second 1 and turned it into a throttle and reverse, strafe, and straight up/down with some extra buttons and it feels pretty good and at a great price. I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to mount them to a board and set it on my lap or modify my chair to hold them on the armrests. I'm including a picture of them temporarily clamped to a 1x10 board.
