purchased this headset for work purposes package was easy to open easy usb connection to USB port comfortable and cushioned ear piece long wired connection Awesome sound and noise cancellation easy to use volume key Only downside no instructions on how to mute mouthpiece ( had to figure it out on my own; basically press down volume control button( flashing red light it’s on mute)

I use it for work and it’s wonderful. Love how it is an on device mute button and volume button. Great quality sound. I love how people never say they can’t hear me like with my previous headphones from another company. I am extremely pleased with the size of the ear part as it is not uncomfortable. It fits well over my ears but it’s not too tight. And I can even wear my glasses and not feel uncomfortable like normally. I hate large overbearing ear parts of headphones. These are perfect for my small ears and the fact that wear glasses. The cord is also very long which is convenient for my office set up. You can also move the microphone away from your face and then they are like regular headphones.

Got two of them. Use it all the time. Adjusts volume and mutes. Does not pick up the heavy breathing, very reasonable price and I use it for business meetings. Not a high quality for music but it does what it's supposed to do. Highly recommend for the basic listen and talk. I can move the mouthpiece out of the way and connects to USB 2.0 or higher. Right, little noise too.

The sound quality and comfort are great. The only reason that I am not giving this 5 stars is because the usb connect is not very snug and hangs out quite a bit and based on the size and weight of the plug (and wire) it looks as if the either side could be damaged from the amount of movement at the connection. I included pictures of how far the connection hangs out and how far down the plug bends. If the plug is normal resting flat on a desk when pluged in it should be more secure.

The Logitech H390 is a great headset—clear audio, comfortable fit, and plug-and-play setup. It works flawlessly for virtual meetings with no issues. I’ve been using it regularly, and based on the reliable performance, my boss even asked me to order a few more for our team. Highly recommended for office or remote work.

Very soft to the ears, great sound, cord is not too long and not too short jusstt right. Use for work my customers can hear me clearly.

I can hear clearly and speak clearly have not heard my Manager's complain about back ground noses it’s comfortable because I work 8 hours with them so no pain at the end of my shift. Plug in and it works no extra I am a no fuse person I like easy !!!!

After reviewing several headsets online and then reading multiple reviews, I decided to purchase this headset because it was well priced and had all the features and functions I was looking for. I have used the headset multiple times for teleconferences. It is comfortable on my ears and I have not had one single problem with it. I would recommend this item to others.

Ever since I moved to work from home. I needed a headphone with good microphone. Finally I got this and I love it. 1. I love the fact I can mute the headphone without muting my meeting mute 2. Sits comfortably to my head 3. Plugs in to the usb socket

The sound quality is excellent across the entire frequency range. Although I enjoy music, I record voice. No attenuated highs. Comfortable. Very good price. Service from associates in-store was impeccable.

Audio quality, mic quality is great. I use it for my office zoom, teams and google video calls. It works fine with all of them. My biggest complaint about the product is my ear hurts after wearing for more than 1 hr. The headset is pretty small for someone with average head size .

I love my headsets. They do not hurt my ears-no pressure. The microphone is great quality too. Ive been using it on zoom and everyone heard me well. I haven’t had any problems with it; glad I made this purchase. Also, when i have need to sneeze i press the mute button and the people on the other side of the screen do not notice I am on mute. Super convenient feature.

I use this h390 usb headset for my work from home job. The mute button on this headset is convenient. It has a clear sound. People can hear me very well through this headset. It is a easy setup. I have only one complaint. When you wear this headset for several hours. The inside leather part that sits on your ears can become sore and hurt. At least it did me that way. Maybe because it was new. This is still a good budget headset.

There is no software setup for these headphones so that’s a plus. My clients can hear me clearly. The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is because after a long while they become super uncomfortable and hurt your cartilage but that’s to be expected if you are wearing them 8 hours a day.
