Came looking to replace Amazon purchase but it seems the new model has permitted all stores. Model changed in the last year. Rebranded as logi, from Logitech so it’s easy to tell if you got the “new” one. Yes, clicks are still quiet but whole thing feels cheap and flimsy, with poorly placed slide pads and finicky on/off switch. No longer has rubber sides, so easy to lose grip; and dongle uses different frequency, so pairing keyboards may not function as expected. Wish $30 model still available. Returned mine before extended use, but might be okay if looking for low end/economy mouse on a budget.

I have been using the M330 mouse for years for the silent clicks and comfortable rubber side grips. I just purchased a new one and this latest version is NOT silent and the shell is now completely plastic. The "texturized grips" are a joke since the entire mouse is now hard smooth plastic. This mouse now slides around in my hand constantly requiring frequent repositioning. If you were looking to replace your old comfy M330 you are out of luck with the newest version, I'd recommend finding something else

We appreciate your long-time use of the older version and understand your disappointment with the changes in the new version, specifically the less silent clicks and the change to an all-plastic design. We apologize for the inconvenience and the fact that it no longer meets your needs. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/Logitech.png" alt="Logitech" title="Logitech" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

Failed to work properly after 4 weeks. Best Buy was very rude when I called and told me there’s nothing I can do. I did find out the manufacture offers a one year warranty so hopefully they’ll take care of it.

This is a truly silent mouse. I really liked it in the beginning, but then it kept having Bluetooth connection problems to a point where the cursor wouldn't move at all, even with new batteries.

Hi melikdom, thank you for your feedback! The M330 uses a wireless USB receiver, and not a Bluetooth connection. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024321673 - Will, Logitech.

I find it to much to sensitive to the touch for me. I like to let my finger rust on mouse and thats not possible with this unit.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your M330. We recommend installing our Logitech Options software to adjust settings such as sensitivity.

didn't really like this mouse, although I usually like Logitech mice, this one was a little too slow to respond

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear your mouse was lagging a little. It sounds like you're having connectivity issues, which can be caused by a number of things. First, makes sure the batteries in your mouse are fresh and properly seated. Next, make sure the USB is fully inserted into your computer. If these two things don't solve it, try switching the receiver to a different USB port on your computer, possibly one with fewer obstructions between the mouse and the receiver.

Too small for my hand, and when I would move the mouse to the right, it would catch on my desk mat.
