Terrible service from Best Buy and the delivery company Roadie, which they hired. I have been a victim and abused by both companies. On Saturday, April 19, 2025, I was robbed by a Roadie delivery driver who simulated a delivery and sent a blurry image of where he was leaving my order in a location that was not my home. From that moment on, I went out to look for my order since I had been monitoring it. I managed to locate the place where he had supposedly left my order. A neighbor pointed me out, and the video from a neighbor's camera shows how the delivery driver placed the package, took a photo, and then took it back with him, confirming it as delivered. I immediately contacted Best Buy by all means since I made the purchase with that company. Their response was that they had nothing to do with my order since they delivered it to Roadie. I called Roadie, and they said they delivered.

Let me preface this by saying I've owned an MX Anywhere 2S Mouse for years, and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it started getting kind of wonky of late, so I figured it was time for an update. So I bought this MX Anywhere 3S Mouse from BestBuy. It initially worked great! Seamlessly connected to my laptop via Bluetooth (no dongle necessary!). The mouse is fast and smooth, and does everything you need a mouse to do. Unfortunately, the mouse stopped working after about two or three weeks. It simply lost its connection to my laptop, and is undiscoverable. So I've temporarily reverted back to my trusty old 2S. Planning to bring this one back to BestBuy. It's been over 30 days, so I'm hoping they'll give me a replacement.

Purchased this mouse on Nov. 7, 2025 and the mouse died 95 days later. The Logitech - MX Anywhere 3S mouse quit taking a charge. Tried to return to BestBuy Alliance they sent me to BestBuy Hurst due to product availability. BestBuy Hurst said I had to have the keyboard to return both.

I had two of the previous model because I like identical mice on my desktop and laptop. They were good until they weren't any more. After about three years of use, single clicks were becoming double-clicks. After a little research online, it appears that a few years back Logitech started using cheaper switches and the result is random double-clicks. It got bad enough that I had to replace both mice soon. Even though I know about the problem, I decided to pick up two "disposable" mice. When I got them home, I found out that Logitech doesn't include the USB dongle that allows you to use 2.4 GHz -- and the old dongles won't work. Based on a site search, Best Buy doesn't carry the dongles. The two I purchased an hour ago will be returned and I'll be looking for either a retailer that sells both, or a completely different pair of mice.

Can't recommend this mouse. The scroll wheel is awful, very inconsistent scroll speed, scrolling down often doesn't move more than a single line or two. Mouse also goes completely unresponsive for 5-10 seconds occasionally. Tried updating the firmware through logitechs software and it doesnt recognize the mouse... An absolutely overpriced piece of crap.

Only had this mouse for 10 months and it’s already beginning to have issues. First it would randomly disconnect every 4-5 days. Now the mouse disconnects every minute for a few seconds. Absolutely unacceptable for a $90 mouse.

My battery discharges 10% per day - while i am at work and no one is even using it. The one day i worked from home it dropped 45%. Thats a deal breaker.

The mouse continually looses Bluetooth connection and stops working. I have to stop and go through the connection process which requires getting another mouse to control the computer. Support is of no help. Would not buy again

For this price you would expect this mouse to last for a long time. However the reality is if you are using it on daily basis/ at work it will break down after a year or so. In last 2 1/2 years I bought two of these and my second one already started breaking down. What specifically breaks down is both left and right buttons- they wear out in time and lose their function.. If you are looking for a mouse for constant use- look elswhere

I've gone through TWO MX Anywhere mice in the last year. I don't think I've ever seen anything as unreliable and lacking durability as Logitech equipment these days. I have a K950 keyboard I've had to re-connect twice in the few months I've had it. I will never buy anything with the Logitech branding on it ever again.
