I bought this speaker system for my sons vinyl player. The installation was very easy, literally plug and play. The sound is very full rich and the bass is phenomenal. You will absolutely love this speaker system. The only thing is that the edges are sharp so my son put tape around it.

Absolutely mind-blowing bass and crisp audio. You can't go wrong with this one. I purchased this system to upgrade my aging Z623 which I have owned for over 7 years and by the way is still working great except that it makes some awful sound when lowing volume. I then matched this with a Creative SoundBlaster X5 DAC/Amp and the sound is simply out of this world.

These computer speakers sound great for the price. The bass is powerful, but I wish this set would have included additional dials to adjust the treble and the Mids. My workaround for these speakers was with the SoundBlaster G3 external sound card, which took them to another level.

With L-R RCA support for a turntable (for deeper bass as low as 31Hz), TOSLink Support for an XBox One X, and 2 3.5mm Stereo Jacks, there is no incentive to deduce that the age of wired audio is dead yet. The best thing was that when I turned it on, no audio artifacts, so this is one of Logitech's long-running projects they had--even if before they purchased Van Halen's Ultimate Ears Company from a long time ago. I would purchase these speakers again and again and again until I'm dead broke. Oh, and the wires are collapsible as well so you don't have to worry about re-installation issues. Just use state-of-the-art Cables from AudioQuest and you're ready to go!!!

These are a great set of Logitech speakers. Great bass and audio. The only thing that sucks about them is that they can’t integrate with the Logitech G Hub like some of the other Logitech speakers and the preset equalizer on the speakers comes in a bit flat with some audio tracks so I downloaded an online audio mixer to help it project a bit more. Aside from those 2 minor things the speakers are great!

They literally sent me a pressure cooker instead. LOL. Quality 1 because this does not let me play my music. Value 5 because I got a pressure cooker. Ease of use 1 because I can't connect it to my computer.

This is optimum when you connect the optical cable to your PC with a really impressive HD quality sound at 440 watts. This unit is a great deal, Logitech high quality as well!

If you’re a gamer I highly recommend this speaker. But if you’re trying to use the optical cable it might not work on most TV. I tried it on my Samsung tv and it did not work.

This is a nice 2.1 solution for my wall-mounted television. Installation was easy. I bought this to replace a sound bar for my flat-screen television. I had problems with my previous sound bar in that anyone could connect to it via Bluetooth and play their music. There was no security to it. It is great that this has an optical input so I can connect my television to the speaker system. Sub-woofer sounds great. Better than an Aiwa I had years ago. It's actually more than enough for the living room that it is in. Speakers are loud and are better than the speakers that are built into the television. I like that there is nothing wireless about it. The side speakers and sub-woofer are all connected with wires. I do have to get up to turn it on and adjust the volume or bass, but I that doesn't bother me. I have to get up anyway to put in DVDs or discs into the PS4. Also, I like that there's a headphone output jack. I can listen to a movie and not bother others in any rooms nearby. Plus, I can use my AKG headphones for more than just music.

Very good speakers. Easy to setup. Great value for under $200. I highly recommend them. I put them thru the Space Odyssey 2001 and Manheim Steamroller Fresh Aire test and was very impressed! Stereo separation: Excellent Bass: Excellent with full range control Midrange: Very good Highs: Decent I hope Logitech's next release includes a tweeter and treble control (hint-hint).

Thanks for the detailed review! We're thrilled you enjoy the Z625's sound quality, especially the bass. While a tweeter and treble control are interesting suggestions, we offer a variety of speakers with those features. Glad you recommend the Z625 for its value!

Older creative labs was going out and I wanted a nice higher quality set of speakers with good bass. Cabling is a bit odd, huge (thick) cable from sub to main right speaker, then small cable to left speaker (from sub as well). Great sound and nice bass. Definitely like the sound and quality. Oh and volume is very ... precise? don't turn it much and you get a lot of volume, so make sure to start with volume all the way down and turn it up in small increments.

This was perhaps one of the most surprising finds for PC peripherals I've made over the years! I've been using headphones for years out of respect for others in the house, but that's not necessary any longer, so I dropped the headphone setup (good corsair 'phones) and started shopping for speakers that I could use with the audio codec on my motherboard. I searched around for a while, read reviews and comments, and settled on a highly rated Klipsch 2.1 system. Not expecting any trouble, I quickly unboxed it and started working on setting it up. I spent hours only to discover that the unit had sat in a warehouse for years, and the wiring in one of the cables hand broken internally at the terminal. Re-packaged and sent back immediately. I continued my search until I spotted the Logitech Z625 2.1 system, which also had many thousands of reviews over more than one site, and just a fraction under a 5-star rating consistently. There is a lot of praise over the sub and its ability to drive the thump so to speak. I concur. The speaker set up feeds through the sub, and receives input from a couple of different cable options. My mobo has the 1/8" female port, or a typical audio output port, so that's what I used. After making a few adjustments to the bass and volume controls on one of the speakers, the raw playback of music streaming on YouTube was a bit overwhelmed by the bass output of the sub. I prefer a bit more middle range blended in, which is slightly lacking with this set; however, the audio codec on my pc can be managed, and so I did two things - I downloaded and installed a free copy of Equalizer APO, and to make use of as much of the APO features as possible, I installed the Peace.exe front-end application (separate prod and website from Equalizer APO), which has an incredible amount of audio adjustment features on a very manageable GUI interface, and can alter the sound output frequencies ahead of your speaker system in really uncountable ways. Once everything was installed and running, I found that at nominal volumes (less than 50%), the speakers provided very clean tonal quality. The separation between the right and left speakers could be adjusted as needed, as they seemed a bit heavy on the left side. This was easy to correct with balance and frequency dB adjustments. By listening to a wide range of waveform adjustments, I was able to fine-tune the sound to what I consider the best for my personal computer space, using the Peace graphical interface. To me, these speakers represents better quality in driver and sub technology for sound without turning into audiophile presentation-level drivers, or even a wannabe system. They are a solid, low-cost system that should last at least as long as the logitech speakers I bought back in about '98 or '99! Hopefully ;>) I do believe Windows has a default audio API, but nothing that is all that worthy as an EQ codec and API. Nevertheless, with the input corrections from the Equalizer APO, these 3 speakers manage to put out some solid and clear Hz and KHz frequency responses, have a good pass off of the highs from the sub, and at this point, nothing left to do. I am a very satisfied buyer of these speakers and for the price, even more so! If you're in the market and aren't thinking of turning your pc into an audiophile's studio mixer with the best of everything, these speakers are a very satisfying choice with no buyer's remorse. Give them a try. Setup is in minutes, and there is nothing more to do than attach the 3 speakers together and plug them in. Make sure and choose them as the audio/sound output device - I had to reboot Windows 11 to actually initialize the change in audio devices - but that doesn't always have to be true, and once done, shouldn't be necessary again. Try these speakers if you have an opportunity!
