Unfortunately lately, Logitech's peripherals have taken a massive drop in quality, sadly, this does not seem to be an exception. Battery life is good, I get about 10 hours out of them, pretty much a workday. also they are quite comfortable and light and honestly sound wonderful. Why 1 star then? Allow me to break it down into two parts: Bluetooth, and Logitech's support. First bluetooth, while it connects and generally operates fine, after charging in particular, the connection becomes atrocious. Output will cut out randomly and intermittently, I have isolated it to the device, i.e it happens across multiple of my devices regardless of distance to the source device. Logitech Support, in my previous experience has been dismissive and slow to respond with professional products. I have no reason to believe a budget pair of headphones would be any better. Unfortunately this may be the last Logitech device I will ever purchase; which is an absolute shame, I've loved the MX lineup, and thought the world of Logitech for making products for the professional, however gaming brands are more reliable and seem to offer better support.

Noise cancelling is not effective. This is not a multimedia headphone at the same time not a effective noise cancelling office headphone too. Once good thing is, build quality is good and light weight. people who do not want noise cancelling can go for this!

Bluetooth is subpar, keeps disconnecting. Sound quality might be the best thing at about a 6.5/10. cant wear for too long, heavy and uncomfortable. doesn't really cancel noise. If you use the Bluetooth on 2 devices beware, you will either lose work or one will disconnect or it will just randomly manipulate other screens you have open. If you want to spend $100+ on something like this then steer away from these and just get beats or JBLs. Very disappointed.

These "bluetooth" headphones don't stay connected to bluetooth at all. Everytime I turn them off and back on, I have to completely re-pair them to the bluetooth on my computer. They constantly disconnect or my audio output changes sources when switching to a different application.

Headset sleeps automatically after about 10 seconds of silence. Performing a factory reset does not work. Updating the firmware does not work. Changing settings to "Never" sleep in the Logi Tune app does not work. "Hard Reset" does not work. This broken functionality makes the headphones difficult to use for work.

These I thought would fit comfortably since larger ears but not that comfy. More importantly the talk and sound was terrible. I had to switch back to my other pair. Not good for working from home.

It was heard to really judge the overall sound quality thanks to the near constant high pitch background squeal that gets distinctly louder when on a phone call. Unfortunately this sound issue repeated on a different laptop and 2 other mobile devices, so I returned it with a headache a few days later.

I work with patients so it was important that my headset worked properly.The charge for this one does not last as long as they say and it disables and shuts itself off most of the time I let was in the middle of a conversation. It says it works with Microsoft Teams and that’s not accurate all the way . Not a big fan of these headphones. They felt super light and like they would snap as soon as I picked them up. Sound quality was not the greatest for the price point.

The box was open even though it was sold as new did not have cord to charge headphones. No instructions. Said it eas noise cancellation but you could hear all the noise in the office. No bag. Did not dear to contact Best Buy on line yesterday i was on line for over 3 hours and got transferred from 12 people and no could help me had same proble at store till i grabed someone them i got hrlp. Looks like i will be in same boat still did not y teturn on in my back.Kat
