These are nice and the sound quality is great. They are not great for my kind of work though, i work in a call center, my customers could hear any and all background noise... it also disconnects just the mic randomly so every once in a while i have to disconnect / reconnect, which is a minor inconvenience, but not one that i can look over for my job.

Sound is great and they are very comfortable. But the nose cancellation is non existent. My wife works from home and when I call her, I can hear every noise in the house. Very disappointed that these headphones work worse than her old Bluetooth headset that was over half the cost.

Zone Vibe 100 comes with a noise-canceling mic. Could you try resetting the headset by pressing and hold the call button and the volume down button “ - ” for five seconds. The LED starts flashing rapidly and the headset turns off. Turn the headset back on and the default settings will be restored. You can also reset in the Logi Tune app, under Zone Vibe > Headset Information , click Restore Defaults. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Logi Support for further assistance.

This headphone worked great at first, then it started to have issues with the battery. It doesn't charge 100% and dies super fast. It also disconnects a lot too. Waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

It’s a low quality build, squeaky plastic when you move it around, the passive noise cancelling is truly useless. It wouldn’t have been a two star review if this headset was only $20, but for what I paid for I would have expected more.

Returned. Microfone worst than my laptop mic, sound regular, dont worth it. I can use any earbud and my laptop mic and have same or better quality. I was expecting more from a product specifically for meetings.

They are really comfortable, but around 30 minutes into a call, everything becomes static-sounding, and I end up having to turn them off and then back on again.

Bought them for work. I work from home as a customer service rep. Customers sounded so far away. The noise cancelation was not good. Could still here my puppy nearby & far away. Overall not worth the price, in terms of audio & its use. One good thing I will say is it was very comfortable around the ear. I wear glasses & using smaller headphones hurts my ears, & it presses on my glasses as well but these did not

Thanks for the feedback. Try resetting the headset and check if that helps. Here’s how: Press and hold the Call button and the Volume down “-” button for five seconds. The LED will start pulsing rapidly and the headset will power off. Turn the headset back on — it will return to the default settings. In the Logi Tune app under Zone Vibe headset> About the Headset, click Factory Reset. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.
