Refresh a bathroom with Loheer's white ceramic one-piece toilet, combining a seamless fully skirted profile with an elongated bowl and chair-height seating. The dual-flush system uses 1.1 or 1.6 gallons per flush, while the glazed siphon pathway supports quiet, powerful operation. A pre-installed polypropylene soft-close seat, three-inch flush valve, and included wax ring, floor bolts, and installation instructions simplify the setup.
The dual-flush design gives households a practical choice between a lower and higher water volume for different bathroom needs. With a rated flow of 1.1 or 1.6 gallons per flush, the system supports everyday water management while maintaining a siphon flush configuration. The top-mounted control buttons keep operation convenient, and the ceramic tank and bowl create one coordinated fixture for a clean bathroom installation.
A pre-installed polypropylene seat and lid use soft-close dampers to lower gradually instead of dropping suddenly. This helps reduce closing noise during nighttime bathroom use and limits repeated impact on the seat and porcelain surface. The included seat reduces the need to source a separate matching accessory, while the elongated bowl shape provides a familiar seating profile for residential bathroom routines.
The fully skirted one-piece construction gives the bowl exterior a continuous, streamlined profile with fewer exposed contours around the trapway. That makes the outside surface easier to wipe during routine bathroom cleaning and supports a modern appearance. High-temperature firing and a highly porcelainized ceramic glaze are specified for the fixture, with low water absorption intended to help resist cracking from ordinary use.
The glazed siphon flush system is built to move water through a smooth internal passage for quiet, forceful operation. Its 3 inch flush valve and 2 inch trapway diameter provide the stated plumbing components, while the product carries a 1000 gram MAP rating. This combination addresses common concerns about noisy flushing and incomplete clearing without adding unsupported performance claims.
The chair-height seating configuration raises the bowl to a more accessible position than a standard low-profile toilet, making sitting down and standing up easier for many adults. The bowl height without the seat is 15 and one half inches, and the elongated form provides a longer front profile. The floor-mounted one-piece fixture is specified for a 12 inch rough-in installation.
