Loheer combines a streamlined one piece ceramic design with a fully glazed siphonic flush system for a cleaner, quieter bathroom experience. The dual flush uses 1.1 or 1.6 gallons per flush, while the 1000 gram MAP rating supports dependable waste removal. A skirted exterior, low absorption ceramic body, soft closing polypropylene seat, and quick release hinges simplify everyday cleaning. The standard twelve inch rough in, included bolt kit, wax ring, and cover caps support a practical bathroom installation.
The fully glazed siphonic flushing system moves water around the elongated bowl with a strong, quiet action, helping clear waste while keeping everyday bathroom use more comfortable. Its dual flush settings use 1.1 or 1.6 gallons per flush, giving households a practical choice between lighter and fuller flushes. The 1000 gram MAP rating provides measurable performance evidence for dependable bowl clearing.
The smooth fully glazed ceramic surface has a non porous finish that resists stains and moisture, making routine wipe downs simpler than cleaning around exposed contours. The skirted exterior reduces dirt catching crevices around the trapway, so fewer hard to reach areas collect residue. Fired at 1380 degrees Celsius with water absorption below 0.5 percent, the body supports durable and hygienic daily use.
The included polypropylene seat lowers slowly and quietly instead of slamming, which helps reduce nighttime noise and protects the seat and lid from impact damage. Its soft closing action adds comfort without requiring a separate accessory purchase. The seat is supplied with the one piece toilet, keeping the main bathroom fixture and its matching seating surface together during installation and replacement.
Quick release hinges let the included seat detach and reinstall in seconds, providing clearer access to the hinge area and the ceramic surface beneath it. This makes thorough cleaning easier than working around permanently attached hardware, especially in a busy household bathroom. The removable design also supports convenient maintenance while preserving the clean appearance of the elongated bowl and one piece body.
The standard twelve inch rough in matches common bathroom plumbing layouts and gives remodelers a clear measurement to check before installation. The floor mounted one piece format combines the tank and bowl in a single ceramic body, reducing visible seams and simplifying the finished look. The package includes a bolt kit, wax ring, and cover caps to support a straightforward setup with the supplied toilet and seat.
