Add a distinctive rose pink finish and practical comfort to the bathroom with this one piece ceramic toilet. The floor mounted design uses a dual flush system with 1.1 GPF for liquid waste and 1.6 GPF for solid waste, while the elongated bowl and 17-1/8 inch seat height provide a more accessible seating position. A skirted trapway simplifies exterior cleaning, and the soft close quick release seat reduces noise and supports routine maintenance. The 12 inch rough-in fits a common installation layout, with adjustable flush valve settings down to 0.8/1.28 GPF.

The dual flush system provides separate water settings for different waste types, using 1.1 GPF for liquid waste and 1.6 GPF for solid waste. This water saving toilet helps reduce unnecessary water use during everyday bathroom visits while retaining a full flush option for heavier waste.
The elongated bowl provides more seating space than a round bowl, while the seat height measures 17-1/8 inches from the floor. This comfort height toilet can make sitting down and standing up more manageable for adults, seniors, and users who prefer a higher seating position. Its floor mounted construction and 12 inch rough-in support a familiar bathroom installation format, subject to the existing plumbing layout.
The one piece ceramic construction combines the tank and bowl into a continuous form with fewer exterior gaps than a two piece toilet. The smooth skirted profile reduces exposed areas where dust and grime can collect, making routine wipe-downs more straightforward. The included quick release toilet seat can be removed without a lengthy disassembly process, providing better access for deeper cleaning around the hinges and bowl.
The soft close toilet seat lowers gradually instead of dropping abruptly, helping prevent slamming sounds during nighttime or shared bathroom use. Controlled closing also reduces repeated impact on the seat and hinges over time. The seat is paired with the elongated bowl and rose pink ceramic finish, creating a coordinated fixture that combines quieter daily operation with a distinctive color option for bathroom renovations.
Two large side openings provide easier access to the mounting points during installation, helping simplify alignment and fastening on the bathroom floor. The package includes the necessary installation parts, and basic tools are required according to the product information. A 12 inch rough-in supports standard layout planning, but the existing drain position and water connection should be checked before installation.
