Refresh a bathroom with Loheer's white ceramic one piece elongated toilet, combining a fully skirted profile with dual flush water control. The siphon jet system uses a fully glazed flush path for quiet, powerful performance, while the pre-installed PP soft close seat lowers gently. A twelve inch rough in, chair height seating, three inch flush valve, and included wax ring, floor bolts, and installation instructions support a practical floor mounted installation.
The elongated bowl provides a familiar seating profile while the one piece ceramic construction creates a continuous form with fewer exposed joints than a two piece design. Its fully skirted exterior gives the bathroom a clean modern appearance and helps simplify routine exterior wiping. The white glazed ceramic surface is fired at high temperature, supporting a low water absorption finish and everyday bathroom durability.
The dual flush design provides two water volume choices for different bathroom uses, helping reduce unnecessary water consumption without removing the full flush option. The toilet is specified at 1.1 or 1.6 gallons per flush, giving shoppers a clear performance and usage reference. Its top mounted control supports convenient operation in a standard residential bathroom installation.
The pre-installed soft closing seat uses PP polypropylene and dampers to lower the seat and lid gradually instead of dropping suddenly. This reduces closing noise during nighttime or shared household use and helps limit impact on the seat and ceramic bowl. The included seat means fewer separate components are needed when preparing the toilet for installation and daily use.
The siphon jet flushing method works with a fully glazed flush system to direct water through the bowl and trapway with a quiet, forceful action. The smooth glazed passage is intended to support consistent flow and easier routine cleaning, while the two inch trapway and one thousand gram MAP rating provide concrete performance details for comparing bathroom fixtures.
The chair height configuration places the bowl at approximately fifteen and three quarter inches without the seat, creating a more upright seating position than a lower profile fixture. This can make sitting down and standing up more manageable for many adults. The floor mounted form uses a twelve inch rough in and includes a wax ring, floor bolts, and installation instructions.
